Never received my order from them, spend close to £100 on adidas trainers that never arrived. Yodel are no help and neither are office. Package is now 2 weeks late and customer service has done nothing so I’ve asked yodel to return my order to office instead, which they state they have done but no confirmation of this from office or no refund. Complete waste of money!

Avoid Office UK – Unreliable Retailer and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered Adidas shoes from Office UK and received mismatched shoes — same model, but different shades. Clearly a factory defect. I contacted their support immediately and sent detailed photos.
Their response? “Return the item for a refund.” That’s all they keep saying — no matter how many times you explain the issue.
I currently live outside the UK, so returning the item would cost more than half the product’s value. I told them this, and they didn’t care at all. They offer no help, no flexibility, and no accountability. I even offered to return just the faulty shoe or accept a partial solution — nothing. Just robotic replies from different names.
After reading other reviews, I realized many customers who returned products never got their refunds anyway. So even if I were still in the UK, I wouldn’t trust them to handle returns honestly.
Office UK is not a trustworthy retailer. If something goes wrong with your order — and it very well might — you’ll be on your own. They don’t care where you are, what the issue is, or how loyal a customer you are. They only want your money.
Never again. Stay away.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced — STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
I returned shoes using the courier Yodel and have proof of the return. The package got lost in transit. After contacting customer service, I was assured that a refund had been issued for the shoes, but I never received it. Later, another representative said the refund would be processed, then someone else said there is an ongoing investigation. Overall, this has been going on for over two months, and I have heard nothing and still have not received my money back.
I strongly warn you to stay away from this seller.

I went to my local shoe shop in Isligton’s and I do like a pair of lovely shoes I ask for the shoes to try on the lady come out and give me only one shoe to try I thought well because a lot of people run off with the shoes she is trying no to allow people to take them went I ask if I give her the shoes she give me first can I try the other shoes and she said and refuse to allow me to try the other shoes because company policy? I come out of the shop feeling very upset because I made feel like a criminal I do thinks my face didn’t fit and that is the reason she assumed I can afford the shoes And I was wanted the other shoe to be able to try and. See if fit properly . I have try to complaint on and email and the person no even apologise or try to assure me that this will no happened again ?
Disappointed bad company ? I have order them I hope they fit properly ?

The worst experience I have ever had shopping
I cannot believe I am having to write a second complaint on here about this company because they have still not dealt with my refund for my missing package and we are now 6 weeks on from the delivering the package incorrectly.
After countless emails backwards and forwards of questions deliberately stalling the investigation into the missing package, despite photographic evidence of the incorrect delivery and never escalating my complaint as I asked, They finally sent me a ridiculously annoying form to fill out asking for my name and the date the package was ‘shipped’. Shipped means the date the warehouse ships the parcel not the date it was ordered. Then they’ve replied days later asking me to correct the form and write the date it was ordered on the form that says to write the ‘date shipped’or they will not process my refund. Ahahahah are you joking!!! Now you must be seriously trying to irritate me more here.
I cannot even begin to explain the hassle they have deliberately caused me over this missing parcel. I’ve had to fight via email after email after email and I still do not have my refund.
Using this company has been my worst experience of shopping in my whole entire life. Not once have they apologised for loosing my parcel and taking my money and they have only deliberately stalled and made this process extremely difficult for me to get my money back for shoes I never received.
After a month I asked for them to escalate my complaint because nothing was getting resolved and they just ignored my request.
The worst shopping experience with a retailer of my life so far and I’m 37 years old.
I would strongly advise people not to purchase from this store ever.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE , paid for "next day" delivery , item was never delivered(see my review of YODEL,(it was a birthday present) , finally got a refund for the item but they do not recognise my request for the return of the next day delivery cost , wish i had read about them here first. Trading standards should investigate . delivery cost has now been refunded!

2 weeks and no delivery or refund!
I ordered a pair of boots two weeks a go. The courier tried to deliver them to my home address, when I realised they wouldn't leave them in my safe place I arranged for them to be diverted to my office address on a certain date that I could choose. This date came and went, the day after I got tracking to say they would come between a certain time, as the time approached, the tracking stopped. No attempted delivery. The next day the tracking said they were out again and then updated to say that they had attempted delivery (they hadn't, I was sat in my office, next to the door) and to contact the retailer. So I contacted Office who then said it was my fault for changing the address. I pointed out that the courier offers this service as standard. They then said they would contact them and I had to wait 72 hours, which it has now been. I've contacted them to ask for a refund and they can arrange a return with the courier and have been told no. They won't give me an answer as to when I'll receive a refund and frankly, they don't seem to care much either. I won't waste my time or money again.

they sent the 3 size bigger shoes compere to what I ordered. Invocie and my confirmation email clearly states size 4. I got size 7.... there is zero option to getting touch with them.... costumer service dose not exist. I paid £160 for no reason...

i deliberately did not sign up for their mailing list. somehow i get junk emails from them every single day, unsubscribe from each one and still more and more come. i’ve tried contacting them several times, their contact emails bounce back and the live chat never functions.

Where can I start? From the beginning always helps.....bought a pair of on run trainers wasn't aware the receipt was the warranty at all. Unfortunately have a small problem with the trainers. Reached out to Office customer services twice..... after waiting for live chat for an hour and 45mins on both occasions, obtAined ALL the information that was required including a snap shot of card statement to be told the card didn't match their records.....I mean how is that possible? Even contacted my card provider who confirmed the purchase was made... Left the chat with 'our payments department' will contact you within 72 hrs.....it's been 8 working days now and still no response.......
Wrong size, wrong colour, misinformation, won’t provide a refund
Wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased a pair of shoes. I was totally sucked in by the website advertisement! Shoes arrived three weeks later, unfortunately they were far too small, a different colour and didn’t support the foot and ankle as claimed. Returned the item, proof of posting etc still waiting for a refund weeks later. Correspondence is dreadful and ignoring request for refund. Feel a fool to be scammed.

Buyer Beware Republic of Ireland Office Customers
I bought a pair of Adidas Gazelle trainers at the Henry Street Dublin Office branch in June. Six weeks later, after about 4 wears, the upper began to tear away from the sole. It was clearly a manufacturing fault as you could see the fabric had been cut too short. I no longer had the receipt (who would after 6 weeks) so I brought the shoes back to the branch where I purchased them with proof of payment from my card statement. I was told I would have to contact a .co.uk email address and explain my situation as I could not exchange my shoes at the Dublin branch or get a refund.
The email address led to a creaky customer service system (glacial response times) that told me I must box up the shoes and send them via a tracked system to Kilmarnock in Scotland for assessment and all at my own cost as some other service they suggested doesn't operate in the Republic (but who in Office could be bothered to remotely care about that).
I started this journey to return these shoes and get a refund at the start of August and it's now the end of August and I'm still trying to get Office to commit to returning my postage cost of €20 (receipted) as well as the €120 refund on the trainers. Office sold me faulty goods, made me pay to return them and is literally digging in its heels about granting me the consumer rights that are relevant for any retailer operating in this jurisdiction.
This is why I say that Irish customers should watch out. Office will take your money fast but you better not need a refund or a return. Their website waffles on about the OFFICE Conscience but it's only a PR sticking plaster to disguise their careless, hardnosed attitude to customers with legitimate complaints.
