Very Poor Communication and Unreliable Service
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a virtual business address service and moved my company address to them. However, it has been almost impossible to communicate with anyone.
Messages sent through their online panel are not answered, and emails are also ignored. HMRC has confirmed that an important document was sent to this address, but there is no proper communication or support from the address provider, so I cannot get any clear information about it.
For a business address service, communication and reliability are extremely important. Sadly, this company has failed in both areas. I will be changing my company address to a more reliable provider as soon as possible.
I do not recommend this service to anyone who needs a professional and responsive virtual business address provider.

A very good easy service to avail of at the right price. There was someone there to answer my questions other than a bot which does provide a lot of assurance these days for credibility. I was able to change the Registered office very easily so thank you for all the assistance.
