Simple to sign up to. And service so far is good except for one issue.
Scan resolution of letters is not too good and a little blurry and of low resolution. If this can be improved then I cant fault officeserv and will stay with them year on year. Otherwise if this is the resolution to be expected, then we will likely look for a new company in the coming months which would be a shame.

Update: Pleasantly surprised that the manager picked up my concern and personally had their IT department decrease the compression they use which resulted in a big increase in resolution. The recent letter received is much better in clarity, Thank you very much.
This also shows they listen and value customer feedback. Looks like I will be staying for the foreseeable future!

My business address was not listed on…
My business address was not listed on Royal Mail which delayed employer liability insurance and slowing my set up down considerably especially with funding applications or business loans. We could blame Royal Mail however having paid for an address I would expect support and better service from OfficServ who confirmed that other customers had had a similar experience and suggested I email Royal Mail instead of assisting me.

First of all, we can only apologise that you have felt unsupported with this issue.
Unfortunately, when it comes to address search systems, these all correspond with Royal Mail's address system. If your address is not listed on Royal Mail's system, this would not appear on any autofill searches.
As it stands, there is no system in place that allows us to update Royal Mail's system, in terms of addresses at least; which is why we recommend that Royal Mail are contacted to allow them to update this on your behalf.
This is usually done automatically after a prolonged amount of time; sometimes up to a few months.
Once again, we can only apologise for the inconvenience of this situation.
