Fantastic little company!

Always happy to help, very good at getting back to you via email/calls and immediate assistance from engineers when needed.

All the staff are very friendly and easy going.

Above all, the coffee is fantastic. We changed from a Nespresso machine and it's gone down VERY well in my office and we regularly get visitors who comment on how good the coffee is! Ordering online is very straightforward and quick - next day delivery if ordered before 3PM!

Office Coffee Company is very passionate about their coffee that's when it comes to coffee they are the best. In our office we can function without it! All the coffee lovers are very pleased with the exquisite taste on each ounce of their lattes, cappuccinos and espressos to name a few. Every time we contact Office Coffee for assistance they are always quick to action. Highly recommend!

We have received excellent customer service from the initial quotation, through to installation of our coffee machines and since they have been installed too.
The staff that came out and set up the machine gave us excellent demos on use of and cleaning of the machines.
Everyone in our offices love the two coffee beans we have selected.

We have just relocated our office and met with a number of suppliers before settling on Office Coffee Company to bring excellent coffee to our new premises. The personal attention we have received has been excellent and any minor problems, caused by our own misuse were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The coffee is excellent and I think people would down tools now if we ran out of granules!

Picked OCC for their ethical approach. Everybody we dealt with seems nice. Struggled a bit to get a shorter contract than 3 years, seems a lot for an office coffee solution, 2 was the best they could do. Cleaning aspects wasn’t fully explained before signing, even when our brief was crystal clear and the brochure (and previous conversations) only refers to the daily cleaning, not weekly. Training was rather confusing – depending on the engineer we were told different things. Hopeful things will run smoothly from now.
