Try it, it’s real
I recently bought three different pairs of Adidas Samba OG trainers. They were dispatched within 48 hours, tracked with Yodel and arrived in excellent condition - no sign of being display etc. After reading reviews here I was worried about ordering but can honestly say they were amazing and excellent value.

Open Letter to Offcuts & Yodel – 7 Weeks, No Trainers, No Refund
(See my previous complaint dated 06 August this is a follow up 7 weeks later)
I placed an order with Offcuts on 23 July 2025 (Order #292052 – £158.99 for 3 pairs of trainers). The delivery was handled by Yodel (Tracking: JD0002249571191256).
Yodel returned my parcel a day before the collection deadline. I raised a formal complaint immediately. Offcuts told me they would resend the items once the parcel was returned.
It is now 2 October — more than 7 weeks later — and I have received neither the trainers nor a refund. I have also received no confirmation that Offcuts ever received the parcel back, despite Yodel confirming it was returned on 06 August.
What’s worse is the way this has been handled:
Offcuts customer service ignored clear facts I provided in writing.
I was falsely told the parcel is still “on its way back” – even though it was returned 2 months ago.
I’ve been asked multiple times whether I want a refund or redelivery – despite already making it clear I want a refund.
Yodel and Offcuts have deflected responsibility back and forth instead of resolving the issue.
I’ve now issued a final demand: if I do not receive a full refund today, I will be pursuing legal action through the Small Claims Court, submitting complaints to Trading Standards and Resolver, and publishing this experience widely.
Customers deserve better than this. This has been a total failure in communication, accountability, and service.
Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. I had them delivered to my sister's address as I was away and they arrived on time. Love them... so did my sister!
Boots in brand new condition
Only ever ordered from here once but the boots were graded 'good' but came looking brand new so I feel I got an amazing bargain for a pair of boots i wouldn't have been able to afford directly from Office. I did realise later that they're not real leather though.

Absolutely Appalling Service – Still No Refund After 6 Weeks
If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
I placed an order with Offcut Shoes on 30th June. The tracking from Yodel claimed it was delivered, but I never received the parcel. From that point on, my experience with Offcut Shoes has been nothing short of disgraceful.
I contacted them immediately to explain I hadn’t received my order, yet instead of taking responsibility, they insisted it had been delivered and made me go back and forth via email for weeks with every single human who works in that customer service team. They then made me fill out a “non-receipt” disclaimer form for an investigation as if I was the one at fault.
It is now 10th August and I have still not been refunded. The parcel has never turned up, yet the way I’ve been treated has been unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. The customer service is shockingly poor no urgency, no accountability, and no resolution.
They keep acting as though I’ve received the parcel when I haven’t, and have shown no concern for the fact that I’ve been left out of pocket for over six weeks.
I will now be taking legal action because this is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to care or resolve it.

Another Good Experience with Office / Offcuts
Good Company to purchase shoes from - with good prices & prompt dispatch / delivery - very pleased with the purchased Ugg boot's n sandals from Offcuts.
I would not trust the the grading of…
I would not trust the the grading of these shoes. I received a pair of ‘great condition G2’ shoes today. One was marked as expected but also heavily faded not ‘slightly faded’ and had also been scrubbed as could feel due to the suede being rough in texture compared to the non affected shoe. A real shame. Attempted contacting customer service but had generic response which didn’t actually address my concerns.

Half an. order, full delivery cost
I ordered two pairs of shoes, but was told after my order was accepted and paid for, that one pair was no longer available. Even so, the full delivery cost was still applied, and if I choose an alternative pair then delivery will apply to those too.

I found the whole process trouble free, the items where as described and had they suited me they would have been excellent value, the returns process was trouble free as I aware prior to ordering I was fully responsible for returns both courier and cost, i was refunded promptly as soon as return was received ( I used royal mail 48 HR they were cheapest as it included £150 of cover)
Office on a budget
Prompt delivery, great prices and beautiful shoes. And no obvious signs they are not regular Office shoes. I feel like I've unlocked a secret shopping level.

I purchased through offcuts with delivery through Yodel and Inpost - the item did not get delivered, but between yodel and offcuts they refused to acknowledge the issue or try and resolve. Now i'm going through my bank to get a refund and I would never buy through offcuts again because their customer service team are useless.

I bought of Offcuts Adidas Sambae recently.
Was little bit worried what would be state of them but actually they are great!
The only thing was they arrived in not original Adidas box which didn't bother me at all.
