Do not waste your time

I ordered a starter for my vehicle for a Lexus, they sent me the wrong part, it was for a mazda and looked extremely old. That was very frustrating. I emailed them and advised they sent me the wrong part where can i send the part back to-they did not respond but they refunded me back my money. What a scam -im just thankful i did get my refund. They are seriously wasting people time.

Poor quality parts

I ordered a sunvisor. The photo showed some grease marks, nut not the small hole or the broken mounting cam. Totally worthless part as it cant be installed.
Also they added a 1 yr warranty to the bill, fortunately the credit card company charged that back.

Don't Order from OEMUSEDAUTOPARTS1.COM

I ordered a part going on 2 weeks, and the UPS tracking info shows a shipping label was executed, but the package has not been received at UPS for shipping.
Printing a label is a lame attempt to show the customer your order is being processed, but it's not proof of the package being shipped.
I'm in the process of having the bank retrieve my funds for reimbursement.
I can't clame the site is a scam, but it's a misleading, and irresponsible site.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!💩

I ordered a part for my car

I ordered a part for my car, and the process seemed straightforward at first. However, it turned into a frustrating experience. I ordered a part specific to my car model—I know exactly what I drive. The part arrived fairly quickly, but the box seemed unusually large for what I had ordered. The next morning, I tried to install it and quickly realized it was too big.
I double-checked my order to ensure I hadn't made a mistake. I hadn’t. I contacted the company, and they asked for my VIN and photos of the part they sent. The following day, I received an email stating that I had ordered the wrong part. But I knew I hadn’t. I reviewed my order again and discovered they had changed the product details on their website.
Here’s what happened: the website initially listed the wrong product number for my vehicle. After I sent my photos and VIN, they corrected the product listing—and then claimed I had made the error. I work in tech, so I understand how these things work. What made it worse was their refusal to own up to their mistake.

I would have been happy to exchange the part and even pay the $25 shipping fee to get the correct one if they had simply apologized. Instead, they blamed me and insisted I ordered the wrong part. When I asked for a refund, they said it would cost me $25 to return the item because, in their view, I made the error.
The lack of accountability was a dealbreaker for me. Had they admitted the mistake, this could have been resolved amicably. If you decide to order from this company, take screenshots of everything. I, however, won’t be ordering from them again.
