The installation team were superb. Language was a small problem.l do not speak Spanish, they did not speak English. We used phone apps to communicate.

Easy, smooth and very transparent change from my current energy provider to Octopus Energy. No/Minimum bureaucracy. Fast, polite and supportive customer service. In Octopus Energy customer comes first. I recommend them 100%.

I had a very good experience with the customer service team. A representative named Reichel patiently listened to us, guided us through the issue, and helped resolve it quickly — everything was sorted out shortly after.
I had actually called twice before and spoke with other representatives, but unfortunately I did not receive the form I needed at that time, which was disappointing !
The main reason I am giving a 5-star rating is because of Reichel’s excellent support and dedication — she truly made the difference!

Octopus Spain are great for my electricity supply. I've just found out I can swap tariffs at any time and as often as I want. This means I can choose the best tariff for periods when I have no consumption.
The customer service is fantastic and extremely responsive. I can fault them.

We have Octopus Energy in the UK. Very happy with the service we receive here. I was delighted to hear that Octopus now operate in Spain and Majorca. We have today switched our Energy company in Majorca to Octopus Energy. If the service is as good as the UK, I'll be very happy.Enrique was extremely powerful. He was prompt efficient and professional. I'll be more than happy to recommend Octopus Energy.

When others said no. octopus and their team went further so I could get a yes for the owners of the power lines no I can get paid for excess energy I don't use reducing my costs thank so much for your help and support it is appreciated 👍

Had a fantastic experience transferring our energy supplier to Octopus. So straightforward. Carla was particularly helpful and patient. It was great dealing with one person and not being sent from pillar to post as happens with many companies. We arranged a time convenient to us to talk and she phoned precisely on time.
I’m now going to look at Octopus for my energy back in the uk.

There is nothing not to love about Octopus. Great prices, easy to operate website account login, fantastic customer service. I even had a phishing email from U.K. ( I was a U.K. octopus customer when I lived there ) which I asked Octopus Espana about and Lydia did a brilliant job on following this up. It shows they truly care for their customers and I expect to be a lifetime one.

I lived in Castelldelfels last year. In end of June my contract with Octopus was stopped as a new tenant came to the apartment and took over the account. A few months ago I got a factura. I called. Old factura that "got lost" in their system. So please pay.
Well before I could pay I am called up by the company. Sorry mistake. You are not supposed to pay anything.
Now they send AGAIN a factura. For something I have not used in more than 11 months? What is going on??

Mariel helped us and she was absolutely amazing to deal with. She made the whole process so easy and stress free.
