The lady, Beatriz, was very kind and helpful, and she spoke good Englishl. They had made a mistake with my email address, but she sorted it out. Unfortunately, my bank details were filed incorrectly( my surname was spelt wrong). I think I managed to sort that out myself. Thank you Beatriz!

Mariel was very helpful, assisting with my switch from Iberdrola to Octopus energy.

There was a problem with my account being accidentally closed. I contacted by email and received an email and then follow up call within 48hours. They reversed everything straight away and contacted afterwards to check allmwas ok. Great service and very kindly staff.

I missed one payment through no fault of my own I let them know why and said I would pay it the following month and I got nothing but bullying . I've payed it now I'm 8oyrs and I had another pressing payment to make . I told them as soon as I pay all my bill I'm moving energy companies. I would not recommend them to anyone Octopus sent me a message saying that they can't ring me to sort things out I have to ring them thats the caring Octopus for you , no thought no caring . What imtrying to explain is this company has no compassion you only have to miss one payment in 3 years and you get hounded . I explained straight away but it didn't matter so be careful and go else where I am .

They are so helpful and quick to respond to any questions.
Also cheapest I have found with great customer service.
A breath of fresh air compared with most of the other suppliers that treat you with contempt.
