I believe that they always care about their clients and every communication they provide is clear and coherent in terms of service. As far as I have complained recently regarding the suspicious activity to change my contract to another company, someone tried and I have complained, and representative Veronica Garrido provided me with clarification regarding it. I was happy with her information.

Unprecedented Efficiency

Welcome return to Octopus Energy
Very relieved to rejoin Octopus in Spain having received fantastic service when living in the UK. I am not disappointed - I received the same exceptional service from Enrique, who spoke brilliant English and was extremely patient with my less-than-perfect 'phone signal!
