Octopus Energy Reviews 

The customer service given met and then exceeded my expectations. I was given a satisfactory explanation and a promise of a gesture of goodwill. This was followed up today by confirmation that my experience was recorded and would be used to highlight possible improvement. I believe octopus energy provides exceptional customer service.

Since changing energy provider, I have found Octopus Energy to be a breath of fresh air. Every enquiry, every request has been fulfilled without complication and in a timely manner. A huge shout out must go to Laura, my area customer service liaison. Laura is worth her weight in gold. The assistance provided is second to none. Keep up the good work. Well done to all concerned.

The man I spoke to was very knowledgeable he used to install batteries and solar panels for with Octopus before working from home. He was the ideal person to advise on my query.

Sedale was brilliant. She kept in regular touch whilst my issue was being tackled. She was very reassuring. You should be very proud of her as an employee.

I never sign up for anything on the street but approached your advisor Darren Raymond, as I have been looking at other suppliers recently with the intention of only asking a question. The conversation went well. He answered my questions and didn't force me to make a decision.
He was friendly and professional.
I felt that he was transparent with the information provided.
I have signed up for a fixed deal with Octupus Energy and hope the switch over is smooth.

Craig was very efficient and knowledgeable.

We recently decided to change our current energy supplier when they imposed a price increase.
We didnt realise how easy this would be until we spoke to Shaun at Octopus energy.
Shaun went through everything with us ,making sure that we understood each step before continuing to the next one.Im sure it was because of his knowledge that we decided to choose Octopus .

Sammy was very helpful and able to explain the different tariffs and clarify the details re solar panels and export tariff.

Call was answered promptly. Libby was friendly knowledgeable and helpful and answered my question and promptly emailed the information I requested

It was fine. I’m not as impressed with Octopus was I feel I should be. Thy di give a solution to the issue, but not willingly. i had to keep asking and prompting for input. Frustrating.

Abdus was great very helpful and didn’t take long at all to amend my monthly amount, been with octopus for 6 months now no problems at all best provider so far!
