Worst company

Worst company! I was ripped off several times! I kept paying for there mess up and I only got 2 free weeks when k waited 1 month before my insurance too place in my new car -and still over charged me

We’re sorry you didn’t have a smooth experience with us.

After reviewing your account, the timeline shows that your initial request to add a new car was submitted with incomplete information, which delayed us being able to process the change. As soon as the full details were received, we sent your updated payment schedule the same day.

Documents we send do need to be signed within a set timeframe, otherwise they expire. This meant we had to resend them when they were not signed in time.

You also requested to add a vehicle to your policy, which increased the overall cost. We processed this request, but the updated agreement was not signed at that time. There was also a payment made in error, which we escalated and resolved. You later contacted us again to remove the additional vehicle from the policy.

As an agency, we act as the bridge between you and the insurance carrier, and we process requests as quickly as possible once we have the required information.

We understand this was frustrating and not the experience you were expecting. If you’d like, we’re happy to go through everything with you step by step to ensure all charges are clear.

Got me just what I needed…

That you got me the down payment that I needed with an insurance company that just canceled my policy and told me I couldn’t renew.

What’s on my mind

It’s nice having it split into payments. I had asked for glass coverage zero deductible and was told they would get back to me No one did Would love to see when each renewal you get a reward idk what to expect if anything would have to require using my insurance vs paying for the premium Thank You

Ocho is there to help people who are…

Ocho is there to help people who are kind of down & out. And while I am no longer in dire straights, I continue to use them because they offer a reasonable product for a reasonable price. Sure, I could go to some big brand and get some sort of benefit, but it is good to support those that help others.

I dont like how you wait until a policy…

I dont like how you wait until a policy is almost expired before tiy send out a renewal. I think it's bad customer service

We appreciate your feedback and understand how important it is to receive renewal information with plenty of time to plan. That is a fair expectation.

After reviewing your account, we can see that your renewal offer was sent around 25–30 days before your policy expiration, and the renewal was processed with the carrier about 10–15 days prior. The final documents were made available closer to the expiration date due to processing timelines on the carrier’s side.

As an agency, we act as the bridge between you and the insurance company, and we move as quickly as possible at every step. Some parts of the process, like document generation, do depend on the carrier’s timing, but we continue to push for faster turnaround wherever we can.

We agree that earlier access to documents is always better, and we are actively working with our carrier partners to improve this.
