I purchased two deluxe loungers with cushions and could not be more pleased with both items.
The loungers and cushions are very high quality and well engineered.
I would have purchased furniture covers as well if offered.
National Covers out of Carlsbad California is handling this for me.
Delivery was quick and without issue.

Two weeks from order to arrival, 48 inch teak storage box. Looks great, well built, fully assembled, high quality hardware, lid has soft close and stays open. Did I mention no assembly required? Also customer service picked up when I called. Shipping emails aren’t very useful because heavy items like this come freight but delivery was flawless.

My wife and I bought an 8-seat dining set at the tail end of 2019. Little did we know that it would prove to be a Godsend! When summer 2020 settled in here in eastern PA after the initial panic of the lockdown, we we able to use this beautiful table to socialize with other couples over cocktails or a meal and remain six feet apart at the opposite ends of the table and outside in the fresh air. Can't tell you how healing to the spirit it was to be able to safely gather with dear friends during that difficult time. We used it right up until the first snows and it's fully back in regular service now.

The furniture is absolutely gorgeous!! I am beyond thrilled with the quality as well as their customer service. I called or emailed with different questions and their representatives were always more than happy to help. I would highly recommend buying furniture from them. I bought online unseen based on reviews and it has been a very happy experience. The customer services team was very responsive to my delivery worries as there is no vehicular access. When the driver arrived he was incredibly helpful (and took all the packing away). Most important of all the product is high quality, well made and looks great. The table, which had to be assembled, went together very easily. I recommend them highly.

I purchased a teak dining table with seating for 8. The quality is excellent and I am very pleased with it. More recently I purchased a 72” bench. It arrived damaged and they shipped me another ASAP. This company is great!

I rarely write reviews but I must say these products are of the highest quality and the customer service has been outstanding. We love our dining set, loungers, and side table, and get compliments from guests all the time. The customer service team went above and beyond to overcome an initial shipping delay (with a third-party logistics company) and get our order to us in a matter of days. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Oceanic Teak.

There were a few bumps in the road with my order but the team at Oceanic Teak were first class. Their customer service has been excellent. I ordered a 5 seater Laguna Deep Seat set. It was delayed on the ship from Java but the team kept me up to date about this with regular emails. Unfortunately the wrong cushions were sent but again the customer service team have gone out of their way to provide a solution. I'm very happy with the quality of the furniture. It looks beautiful. I'm only knocking off a star for the issue with the cushions else it would have been 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this company, it's one of the few that cares about it's customers!

I did a lot of research and Oceanic Teak had the lowest prices. I took a chance, they are located in Florida and I live in Washington State. They sent me emails on the progress and when they shipped I expected at least two to three weeks. I got the table and chairs seven days later. The quality is outstanding. I would certainly recommend Oceanic Teak to even the most particular buyers.

Not great. The order didn't arrive, although I got all the emails which specified delivery dates etc. Eventually I rang to discover that in fact there had been some kind of glitch. The furniture was now £300 more and the woman on the phone gave no explanation and was rude. After I left this review (previous edition) she then rang me absolutely furious and really quite nasty. Apparently, although I had received delivery confirmation etc, my card had not gone through. (I had moved house but my bank hadn't yet amended my card details). I explained that had she been kinder and not so rude I would've happily reordered and paid the extra. But I prefer to do business with polite people, as a matter of principle. I notice another review of this company which experienced unhelpful customer service. When I reflected back to her what I experienced she didn't even recognise how aggressive she was being (daughter of the owner, I understand). As a psychotherapist, I'm used to dealing with all sorts of folk all the time, and I'm afraid I suggested she perhaps find one of my colleagues.

I'm very surprised to read the previous reviews as I have had a very different experience with Oceanic Teak Furniture.

I have finally received my table and chairs and am happy with the quality however, customer service was probably the worst I have ever experienced.

We ordered our furniture in February for delivery at the end March which in principle would be fine. To be fair to them they did try to deliver and it was much earlier than on the website. However, as it was lockdown and this was for our holiday home we couldn't get to the property to receive the delivery so I phoned and they agreed to hold it for us until end March when we were able to travel. So far so good....

I phoned the week before as requested to organise the delivery and they told me it was no longer possible and we would now have to wait. After much discussion with Frances who was very rude, she agreed to do a one day delivery so it could arrive on a date when we were going to be at the property.

We were at the property, a 3 hour drive for us when I received an email from Paul saying they could no longer deliver when they had said with no reason as to why and very little apology. Again after many emails and rudeness from him we finally agreed a date but this meant we would have to travel a 6 hour trip in a day to accept the furniture 2 weeks later.

So all in all very poor and unacceptable customer service and I certainly won't be recommending them.

The quality of our dining table and six chairs totally exceeds our expectations. We’ve invested in other brands of teak furniture in the past and nothing compares to the quality of this product. We were equally thrilled with the ordering and shipping process. We’ll recommend Oceanic Teak Furniture to all our friends and family.

Superb quality and service! My wife and I ordered the 95in the rectangular table and 8 Hampton armchairs. We are extremely impressed with the workmanship. Chairs arrived fully assembled and the table needed minimal work. I would highly recommend Oceanic Teak Furniture for their product and customer service!

I own a DIY workshop/training facility. With little time to spare, I elected to order rather than build. Dovetail joints in the table frame, bungs over screw heads, and a finish that required little sanding was a pleasant surprise. I finished my Folding Bristol Set with Odie's Oil (no affiliation). The best customer service!! I placed an order with Oceanic Teak Furniture right before Thanksgiving. The team went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered before the holiday so we could enjoy it. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. They are professional and definitely meet the needs of their customers requests.

I ordered the two Adirondack chairs with one side table, they shipped before I expected and the quality is perfect. I will definately order from them again. Five Stars.
