Probably the most stressful experience…

Probably the most stressful experience of my life. I've bought many a vehicle in my time but this was something else.. unhelpful, disinterested, uninformed. Only interested in the sale and not the customer. Absolutely no after sale support.
Once the transaction is complete they don't want to know you. Ignored. Stay well clear.

In 2022

In 2022, I was searching for an accessible car van and visited over six dealerships across Ireland. My experience at OC Cars was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Tanya from the sales team was incredible, showing vehicles with genuine interest and thoroughly explaining all the paperwork. She gave me confidence regarding repair work and service.

Since 2022, I've taken my car to various places for repairs, but something was always off. I decided to stick with OC Cars for all my repair and service needs. Whenever I needed an appointment on short notice or had urgent inquiries, Fiona, the receptionist, was always extremely helpful and responded quickly. The mechanic, Mick, consistently ensures everything is in perfect order.

Today, I have been with OC Cars for almost two years, and every department and team member continues to do an amazing job. I can't recommend them enough and wish I could give more than 5 stars.
