Ordered the Hera ring, reached out as was sent the Clara ring instead. Hoping this would be a simple process of me returning as the sent the item I ordered. Email this morning to tell me £4.50 to return ( this is their error not mine) and I can exchange for free. Sorry where is the sense here and the customer care! Your mistake so you bare the cost and send the ring I ordered as a matter of urgency! Really disappointed.

At the second (literally) I wore the bracelet, one of the stones came out. Poor quality

Experience great so far. I purposefully chose the brand for a couple rings purchase! Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the items but the person from customer services who dealt with the case was thorough and transparent. And it was quickly resolved.

I will definitely repurchase something else from here!

Very poor quality jewelry. I returned all items last year following their instructions, but it’s already March 2026 and I still haven’t received my refund. Extremely disappointing and concerning customer service.

UPDATE: after I posted this review, the refund has been processed on March 11 (I sent all items back on January 2nd).
So, I’m changing my 1 star review to 2 starts. Thank you.

Not recommended

I ordered a ring and NEVER received. Although it was supposed to be shipped and tracked through USPS, suddenly it changed to a Chinese courier and although it said delivered, I never received it. I had a few other packages that day however this was the only package that did not make it. I would say to save your money. I hear from other reviewers that received an item has their ring tarnishing after a short term use. Definitely a scam of a company. The customer service told me to reach out to the Courier and provided no help by the way. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Pretty items but they are not durable. Several stones fell out of my rings after the second wear

Their sales department promises free, direct exchanges and free returns, but when I contacted customer service they told me no because I live in the states.

The ring itself? Too big, sizing is off. It's beautiful, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't fit me. The stone is LOOSE. I've owned it for about 5 days....

Chose my wife the Otilia ring. It arrived in Australia in a matter of days and she absolutely adores it. Incredible quality. Looking to buy the next one. Happy wife! Thank you OBJKTS

I now own about 5 different rings and a tennis bracelet. I couldn’t be happier! Beautiful designs and quality with a gorgeous sparkle. Always get compliments when wearing the items. Service is good and nice little boxes for each item. Highly recommended in my opinion.

Amazing ring arrived and incredible fast customer service .. my ring was too large and i urgently needed to reorder correct size before my holiday .. emailed them at night and they credited me within a few hours that same evening and i managed to re-order intime for my holiday. The ring that arrived was exquisite. Highly recommend this company.

I love, love, love this brand...in fact it's becoming quite a problem! The quality is fabulous and the designs range from quirky to classic. I'll definitely be buying more. Perfect for all occasions. I swapped out my real diamonds when travelling and I had more compliments on these than I did on the real thing.
