I placed two orders

I placed two orders, one of which got stuck in customs for a month.
After that, the order got returned to them, from the customs. I did not even try to file for a refund, based on my experience with other sellers.
Then they reached out to me, stating I'll be getting a full refund based on their policy! This sort of thing just doesn't happen!
Also, product is great! I've used it on my VW Tiguan to check the actual mileage (and I had no previous experience with OBDs), and have even updated a setting to turn the law-required lights on automatically, regardless of switch position! I think this already saved me it's cost in light fines!

Next gen unit will no longer connect to…

Next gen unit will no longer connect to app, I have tried everything support as asked but still not connecting. Trying to get anywhere with chat/support is impossible, so I have 10 week old unit that is useless and can't get it sorted. Purchase from Obdeleven at your peril, shocking aftersales service.

Update:- I have received your email contact and have been advised to try even more things to resolve this issue, unfortunately this has still not resolved the issue.

2nd Update:- Further request for more information including more photos/screenshots from support team sent today 06-09-25

Check your VIN before you buy

Publicity says the device is compatible with Toyota vehicles so I thought it would work with my 2011 Toyota bB. My car is a JDM import though, with a Japanese VIN beginning QNC and the OBDeleven app won't accept this. No mention of this potential problem on their site and the very slow support response is "sorry for the inconvenience". The car in question was one of the biggest selling cars in Japan for over 10 years but isn't supported. This may well apply to other JDM cars so check your VIN before donating any money to OBDeleven

I purchased the Pro-Pack including 100…

I purchased the Pro-Pack including 100 credits, but to this day I have not received either the activation code or the credits. Despite multiple attempts to contact OBDeleven through email and their website chat, I only receive automated replies. They promise a response within two days, yet no one ever follows up.

Even worse, I have repeatedly requested return instructions to send the product back and get a refund, but those have never been provided. This means they took my money, failed to deliver the product, and completely ignored every single support request.

This is highly unprofessional and misleading. Until now, I am still waiting for a solution. Future customers should be aware of these practices before purchasing.

The solution you propose regarding the automatic activation of the credits and the PRO plan upon device registration does not work. If you had actually read my emails, you would have known this. Instead of addressing any of the issues I repeatedly raised, you ignored them, yet I did eventually receive the Berlin return address (by AI chatbot). I will be returning the product to this address. It is extremely disappointing that this matter has dragged on for 10 days and countless emails without any real resolution.

Moreover, I find it highly frustrating that you respond promptly to a Trustpilot review, while my dozens of emails went completely unanswered. This demonstrates a clear lack of respect for customers and reflects very poorly on your service.

Unlike standalone Credit top-ups the ones included in this bundle should be within the device that came with your pack. Money grabbing company

Money grabbing company. They have limited all functions so you have to either buy a membership or pay for credits to use apps. Half the time the Apps you pay for don't work. Do yourself a favour and buy VCDS. This is simply a pay to use application.

the next day recieved the tracking link, that says thats my tracking code is not in the system
after 14 days I still not recieved neither the device itself nor a correct tracking code

The support do not answer almost for a week

As i see people get responds here faster then from support on their chats

Product arrived but would not connect…

Product arrived but would not connect to my car, tried webchat and followed all of the steps given to resolve the problem. Asked for help! had one message back, replied to that within minutes and waited and waited and still waiting for a reply!!!!!!!!!Absolutely dreadful customer
service.
Been waiting 3 days now I even tried to call the company in Lithuania!!! I’ve given them all my contact details including my phone number.

Easy to order (from the website)

Easy to order (from the website). Prompt dispatch with tracking. The device itself is neat and quickly pairs to the (Android) app.

Diagnostics are simple and easy to perform with relavant information placed at your fingertips.

For reference, I bought the device to diagnose a 2011 VW Passat CC. Perfect for what I needed.

Nothing short of elaborate organised scam
I fell for the BS of new OBDeleven 2 and paid for Pro Subscription and 100 credits only to recover UTTER BOGUS recycled codes which they probably kept selling to people over and over again.
Seven message attempts later 3 emails the so called shameless support is DOES NOT EXIST
and here is the Mary go round starts me desperately asking to get what I paid for in repeated emails and chat requests only to keep receiving Bougus Auto Scripted message tweeting me some one would be in contact seven days later I have not even got a message let alone a solution
I am now going to open a formal case with PayPal demanding my money back because trying to get them to respond you have more chance of getting blood from a stone.
Shame on you and your disingenuous business practices
They don’t even deserve one star . . .
Save your money and sanity and stay away from this company it’s scam and its pathetic support and dodgy business practices
Trust me You would be glad you did

Best value for VAG

The device is a great value for the money and they add features all the time. I first bought this for VAG only, but now I can use it as and OBD2 device on my other cars as well. I'm surprised they still support that functionality on the first Gen device. Support has been pretty good the couple of times I've needed them.

An absolute disgrace

An absolute disgrace. The device looks promising, but after 20 day I still don't had the device. It turns out that CAN (their AI Customer service BOT) CAN'T! After asking for a refund the CAN'T bot proudly explains how to return my device for a refund, a divide I DO NOT have. Twice I have been informed that a member of the team would contact me - still waiting.
