Excellent customer support!
I had a technical issue with a specific function, but the support team (Klaudijus and Rokas) responded professionally and were very helpful. They looked into the problem and refunded my credits without any hassle. Great customer-oriented approach, I highly recommend OBDeleven!

Bought obd 11 ultimate plan thinking (as I thought ULTIMATE means ultimate) don't need a scanner, so a "subscription "model doh!!!what a fool I was, wasn't cheap used a couple of times feels like I've been conned.Rubbish NOT recommended ultimate rubbish. Buying another scanner as ultimate now load of trash. Tried numerous times to reset audi A6 service reset & spanner all no good,should have bought a top don or another tool for the price of this subscription!!!!!!! eobd11.

When it matters..

When it matters... A product is only as good as the customer support when you need it... and it was not lacking. Quick to respond and followed up as promised.
ODBeleven is well supported and sports amonst the diagnostics and coding some interesting features like 'Car Inspection' useful if you are buying or selling a car and Mileage check to spot clocking.

Excellent product and customer service

I purchased an obdeleven unit about a year ago.
It was working fine until a few months ago. I contacted them through the help line and was asked to send more information like screenshot and screen recording. It was a bit of a pain but I managed to do it.
Within a few days I was asked to show proof of purchase which I sent.
They agreed to send me a replacement unit. I am very happy with the way they delta with the issue and I can carry on with this great product.

I bought a pro plan - didn't get it

I bought a pro plan in December. Just to discover in March that the plan hasn't been applied to my account.
Reporting this problem to Customer Care was left without any answer (I provided details, invoice - still no action from their side).
There's a huge room for improvement.

Good product, poor support and unethical pricing practices

The OBDeleven device itself works well, but my experience with their support and pricing practices was extremely poor.

I placed an order believing a discount code had been applied at checkout and completed the purchase on that basis, but was then charged the full price. When I contacted support, they refused to correct the price and repeatedly insisted the only options were to return the device to Lithuania and reorder, or accept in-app credits.

I even asked to refuse the parcel before delivery, but no attempt was made to stop the shipment. Expecting a customer to return a product internationally to correct a pricing issue is unreasonable and, in my view, unethical. It is also inconsistent with UK consumer protection rules on misleading pricing.

In the end I accepted credits simply to close the issue, but the responses from support were largely scripted and the underlying problem was never properly addressed.

If you are purchasing because of a promotion or discount, I would strongly recommend double-checking the final price before completing payment.

The product may be good, but based on this experience I would not recommend OBDeleven.

Edit: OBDeleven continue to be obstructive and deny I added a discount code. Again, their service is the main issue - they don’t solve problems.
