Problem solved with very helpful support
I had an issue where my Cupra Leon KL (2024/2025) was detected as a Seat Leon in the app, which caused problems accessing certain control units like the sound actuator.
The support team was very patient, took the time to understand the technical situation, updated the vehicle type in their system and guided me to the correct solution.
After their help, I was able to access the required functions and everything now works perfectly.

Bought the OBDeleven then paid extra for quick delivery, and now nearly 3 days later they will not reply, I am thinking this is a scam, please do not buy this scanner I bought the ultimate package and it will not activate and no response from OBDeleven, I am now getting onto my credit card company as nothing else is working.

The OBDeleven dongle is a really great product! Plenty of data and a huge diagnostic tool for modding my VW! But what is better, is the service! Had an issue with my dongle when I changed phone, lost the PIN and the helped me really fast to get back modding my car!
