Oassay is a small company that does quality and customer service in a big way.
They are constantly working on refining and improving their (already great) product, not only following their own quality testing, but also actively engaging customer insights ideas and feedback.
I had ordered one of the first generation products, and Oassay proactively approached me with a free upgrade because they had noticed quality and usage issues. When that replacement didn’t work perfectly, they engaged with me to understand what the problem was, tidied to resolve it with me, and finally (when it couldn’t be fixed) provided a perfect replacement - without any cost to me. This dedication is remarkable and sets a standard toward which large corporations should aspire.
And as for the product - a silicone filter bottle - it is a great, practically oriented and super functional product that I look forward to using on my adventures!
