A total newbie to proud owner! I had been following Motorhome second hand market via the internet for months and at the end of June I visited Oak Tree and was impressed by the whole experience. Andy Vinson guided me the whole way through the purchasing process and no question was too stupid and he replied very swiftly to email correspondence. I am sure I still have a lot more to learn, but my 'Early Years Foundation Stage' were in very safe hands.

We collected our first Campervan today and we are extremely happy with the service from Oaktree. In particular Andy who guided us through the process of our purchase efficiently and gave us a clear concise run down how everything worked.

Myself and my partner visited Oaktree to be greeted by friendly staff and a well presented reception area. On enquiry we were instantly invited to take ourselves to the motorhome we liked and was offered to spend as much time as we wished without salespeople in sight.
Eventually we were greeted by Jason who had a good knowledge base and was very helpful in answering questions to our extensive list of enquiries.
At no point were there any hard sell tactics (which instantly puts me off) and the visit paid off in us purchasing a vehicle.
The process was pretty seamless and all of the staff were pleasant throughout.
Further to taking the vehicle on a short break there were some small issues on the van that required repair and upon ringing Oaktree, the vehicle was booked in for remedial work to take place, this was without question and the concerns that were raised were all replaced or repaired. This was particularly endearing in terms of the after purchase service that we received.
Thanks to all at Oaktree particularly Jason who predominantly overseen the purchase, also the staff who conducted the repairs who kept me up to date throughout that particular process.

Went into the office to get some advice about my rear view camera. Dave was very helpful, really impressed with his knowledge and advice. Much appreciated Dave, keep up the great work.

This was our first motorhome so we spent a considerable amount of time to decide 1. Type of motorhome and 2. Where to purchase it from.
Oaktree motorhomes stood out from the rest in a number of ways. No pressure sales, time to view any motorhome and most importantly the package which comes with the sale. 3 year warranty, tax, MOT and also a service.
Phil was the salesperson and we found him professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
As I had an operation I was unable to drive and Oaktree delivered the motorhome to me free of charge. Thank you.
I also feel confident that should there be any future issues they will be resolved.
Highly recommended and I know we will be back.

I decided a while ago that when I was ready to buy my motorhome, I really wanted it from Oaktree. Having seen them about on various YouTube videos, it was obvious that they 'care'. Plus with a very impressive trustpilot score and the fact they had been voted the UK's best dealer, well it just made me want to buy from them even more.

And finally I did. I'd been speaking with Andy for a little while, who's a great guy. He suggested some options for the motorhome, either to add now or to think about for the future. He also quickly arranged the fitting of a tracker and supplied the certificate when my insurance company specified the requirement. Then when it came to the handover he spent a long time explaining how everything worked. Front to back, inside and out. He also went in search of and then threw in a couple of accessories to help get me started. Then he went totally above and beyond when he drove me down the road to IKEA so I could buy some bedding, before coming back to pick me up an hour later! A top man and a top firm, whom I wholeheartedly recommend. 🙌🏻

Great choice of vehicles -no pressure all vehicles unlocked to look around at you leisure. Great sales package with Mot, Tax, service and warranty all included in price.Needed solar panel and rear view camera fitting they were professionally and quickly done. Phil was excellent sales person explaining everything at handover to someone who was new to this motor home ownership .Would wholly reccomend the company and Phil.

No pressure selling left alone to vehicles till you approach staff. Neil who we dealt with absolutely brilliant. Could not do enough explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure all was perfect. Will 100% be going back.

We’re return customers to Oaktree and have recently purchased a new (to us)
motorhome and part exchanged our previous one. Oaktree is our first choice dealer. All motorhomes are accessible without having to be unlocked or a member of staff accompanying you. The motorhomes are presented really well and all the staff completely approachable and helpful. I am nervous buying from dealers but let me assure anyone considering Oaktree Motorhomes you wont be disappointed! Jason & Rob put us at ease straight away, nothing was too much trouble, any extras like solar panels and Lithium is their specialty along with the usual motorhome stuff, all made easy to understand and they offer excellent backup. We bought a used Dethleffs and had Lithium upgrade and extra solar and very happy with the service all round. We recommended to friends who called in passing and they too ended buying from Oaktree! We purchased our Auto Sleepers Kingham from Jason at Oaktree Motorhomes. We are really pleased with our van and our dealings with Oaktree, were all positive. We travelled a long way to see the van and we were met by Jason who left us to view the van with no pressure and a welcomed cup of tea. He assured us that any imperfections would be addressed by the time we arrived to pick up our van and he kept to his word and everything was 100%. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The comprehensive handover was just perfect and just what we required to make the most of our van. We can wholeheartedly recommend Oaktree Motorhomes, Jason and all the team.

We contacted Oaktree and enquired about a motorhome and if they would take our current one in part exchange. We made arrangements to go and look at a van in the anticipation of a deal. We were left to view any vehicle while they appraised ours, which we chose a different one to the one we went to look at. Phil helped us through the transaction, and we picked it up a few weeks later where Phil gave us a full demonstration and made sure it was ready to go and feel he went the extra mile, they also arranged to have a tracker fitted for us. Very pleased, and many thanks to all involved.

Relaxed atmosphere no pressure selling could view a variety of vans at our leisure. Decided on a van that suited us and they agreed to hold onto it for almost 6 weeks untill our building work was completed. Thank you Jason and team would definitely recommend
