Oaktree Garden Centre Reviews 

Poor communication on the update of my order and only when I contacted them did I get a refund telling me that the item is damaged in transit and therefore they will be refunding and unable try and resend.

found what I wanted searching online. Not used them before but reviews appeared to be positive. so ordered as price was competitive and my particular item was not offered by all of the other suppliers.

Very competitive price and very fast delivery.

I bought a smoker for my gas BBQ it was exactly like the description and delivery was timely

Very happy with Item, price and information about delivery. However, poor addressing on APC Overnight package meant it was refused delivery and I had to go to depot to collect.

Ordered online after a brief very helpful email conversation, product arrived two days later… perfect!

Update:

The customer sales team have since contacted me and seem genuinely concerned. It is clear that they were let down by their delivery company 'Tremayne' who lied to me.

I am now convinced that Oaktree really value their customer service record, its their courier that are the muppets.

I ordered and paid for a £2000 set of furniture.
I was rung by the warehouse and agreed a delivery date of 21 May. The warehouse man reread the confirmation of the date. Before he hang up.

Guess what, I sat in all day - no delivery. I rang the furniture sales guy who was excellent again and confirmed it would be delivered as agreed.

At 1730, I was rung by their delivery agent who stated quite bluntly and rudely, that the delivery was on the 22nd. It was adament that the delivery day was the 22nd.

I rang the warehouse man that I had spoken to, and he confirmed it should have been the 21 st.

When it was delivered in 22nd, the delivery note had Delivery date 21st written on it !! Their delivery agent had, and very arrogantly, lied.

I contacted Oaktree customer services. It they haven’t had the decency to reply.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, apart from the sales team they are a bunch of cowboys

I ordered a bbq, which was very competitively priced. It was delivered very quickly and I’m very pleased the product.

After a failed delivery with a very well known home brand, I contacted Oaktree Garden Centre for my Kettler Garden Furniture set. Ordered 21st April and delivered 3 days later. I am truly amazed and delighted. Excellent customer service, excellent product. Couldn’t ask for more!
