Kensington furniture not fit for purpose
We bought some garden furniture for £1800 but the table has melted in several places. We have emailed Oaktree as suggested over a week ago but have not heard back.

Never going back
As a long time customer of the cafe, we were dismayed by our visit today. Almost an hour for food, everyone in the restaurant got served after us (same foods), lettuce was brown, bread was dry, cheese was dry, and hair on the ploughman’s! The worst part was the absolute rudeness of the staff. No apologies, not a single one, just a stroppy response when our food was finally delivered. They’ve lost us as a customer to the garden centre and the cafe. Genuinely disgusted.

Excellent Service
We ordered garden furniture & the process couldn’t have been more efficient & stress free. I spoke to a member of staff, who was really helpful, ordered it online & it arrived 2 days later. I am really impressed with the quality & look of the furniture & it was easy to assemble. Would definitely buy from here again.
