I know most of the reviews mention their customer service and slow shipping times, but I actually had no issue with either! My order was confirmed and I received a shipment notification 2 days later (when I paid for standard shipping); which was nice! I received my order within 3 days :)

Trust me, I was afraid that I’d be waiting months for my order and would have to go through a lengthy process of chasing them, but I honestly had no issue. One of my shirts is on backorder though, which I was unaware of. They mentioned it will ship within 15-25 business days, so I’ll be sure to update this review if I have anything else to mention.

SIZE AND WEAR:
The clothes I received are tts! I got a few baby tanks in a small and the shirt is super stretchy, so you won’t have to worry about it being too tight! The material is slightly thin, but a nude bra under the shirt looks perfectly fine. (For reference: I’m 5’7, 34” bust, 25” waist, 38” hips).

Also, be aware that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes!! I got taxed $48 CAD on a $143 order (They had a 30% off sale). I truly recommend this brand; there isn’t a store that makes clothes like they do. It is pricy, but I would say to wait for their sales ofc. Other than that, I’d for sure order from them again!

UPDATE:
I didn’t have to reach out to OMIGHTY to receive my shirt on backorder, they sent out a shipment within 2-3 weeks like they said; which was AMAZING.
I ended up ordering again on Black Friday, and emailed them about another shirt on backorder since it’s been over 2-3 weeks. They replied to my email in 10 minutes, saying a shipment will be going out by the end of the week. I got an email the next day saying a shipment is on its way!

I was scared to order from o-mighty bc of all these bad reviews but they have the 30% off halloween sale so i just said f it and i ordered stuff for about $250 and I also chose expedited shipping. It came surprisingly fast!!! i ordered October 24th and I received it October 28th and I didn’t have to pay for duty and customs fees at all. Also customer service reply really fast. Overall cute clothes, fast shipping, and friendly staff. Will order again soon <3

if i could give 0 i would. i ordered in may and received confirmation of my order in october. not only that, but was also charged with 33 CAD in duties.

Been waiting for 10 weeks for my package and have been back and forth with customer services who assured me it would be with me in a weeks time. However, today I received a call from Singapore letting me know it hasn't even been shipped yet. Understandable that things are taking slightly longer than normal due to current circumstances but 10 weeks+ is a ridiculous amount of time to wait considering the prices paid for shipping etc!

I am a loyal Omighty customer. I’ve easily given them a grand of my hard earned money. And usually they exceed my expectations. But I ordered the bow bow halter exactly one month ago. It was listed as a preorder but states shipping will be 2-3 weeks. No big deal. 2 weeks goes by and I email and ask when they expect to have it in stock and they say an additional 3 weeks. Why do you list something that isn’t in stock for preorder and put it’ll ship in 2-3 weeks when it will be well over a month? It seems dishonest to do that. I’m not making another purchase from them until my top ships. I’m really disappointed with Omighty right now and I hope that my top ships out soon (or I get a reply to my email) and I’ll consider revising my review.

I ordered a bodysuit 6 months ago and i never heard anything. I emailed them countless times and they never responded. It showed up today stained and dirty. Never again.

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My item is completely unwearable! So see through that I cannot wear it with or without a bra cause you can see everything!!! I am so so upset i paid so much money for this product and it took MONTHS to get here and it just sucks ya know i had such high expectations and was so excited and this experience has been horrible! They will not refund or replace. Such a horrible company, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been shopping from Omighty since 2016. I love them and buy the majority of my clothes from them, but this year I’ve noticed a decrease in quality. I also placed several orders this year that came in several packages; items were missing, and I feel like if I never emailed them, I never would have received them. Unfortunately I will no longer be buying from Omighty, unless they slash their prices. It’s not worth it.

the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a two piece set in may, recieved one confirmation email, and never a shipping notification although I was charged. I tried to get in contact and never recieved a reply, and a family member tried buying it for me in july, which the same thing happened to me. Ate the money twice and has the worst customer service to get in contact with him. Dont fall for the instagram ads, this company is awful.

Shambles of a service. Extremely overpriced, the quality isn’t as good as expected. I ordered 2 things in early June, and didn’t receive them till September after I enquired about my item...if you don’t enquire I’m pretty sure they won’t even turn up...so when the package arrived finally! only one of my items showed up. I emailed them and they got back to be pretty quickly, and said it would be dispatched ASAP.... 3 weeks later and still nothing shows up. So only after I email them AGAIN they notify me saying there’s an expected 4 WEEK WAIT for the size I wanted. So when I complained, all I got was a bunch of automated emails and a refund. Not even an apology. Honestly
not worth the hassle

I’m so fed up with this company. I placed an order for 4 shirts and 1 skirt June 1st and the shirts took 3 months to arrive. I sent them an email after a month and a half and they said to give them some time. Finally I emailed again and reminded them and they shipped out the next day. My skirt did not arrive so I emailed them 2 days ago about it and I got the notification the next day that they shipped. Their service is totally awful and you have to keep chasing them and reminding them about your order. I’m extremely displeased won’t be ordering from them again.

After chasing Omighty for a refund they instead replied within 24 hours that they would send my parcel out again and warned me of arrival in 1-2 weeks.

Soon I got an email from DHL saying it would be delivered this week, I clicked on tracking and needed to pay £16 in tax due to shipping from the USA. I believe that this is the reason so many people don't get their items. Strange that I never got an email like this in the 4 months of waiting, however.

I paid and got my item the next day. The item itself I am very happy with and I can say that their products are high quality and lovely, it's just a real pity the pain you have to go through to simply get what you ordered.

If you are missing an order, chase it, you probably just need to pay the tax

I would give it a 0 if I could. Told me my clothes shipped over a month ago but when I emailed them my clothes weren’t even in stock and hadn’t been shipped. Don’t shop here. Spend your money else where

Shipping was fairly quick. I ordered with express shipping and it came 8 days later. Packaging was sealed tightly. Designs were cute, the material was a bit cheap but nothing I can’t look past.

I spent $100 on two tops and they never arrived. It's been months. I am extremely disappointed that the brand used influencers to market their products and could not deliver to their customers. How is it that the people who did NOT pay are prioritized. Even if I receive my products I will never purchase anymore products from them again and will not recommend this brand to anyone.

Delivery was surprisingly fast, did have to pay an extra fee when it arrived to the uk. Packaging was very good, free stickers and tote bag which I love. Dress is good quality however, extremely short. So I’m a bit dissapointed. I’m 5’9 and struggle with dresses and skirts, it would be nice to have more options out there especially for the price, however the dress is sooooo cute, and am going to try and have it altered. Cutest item of clothing I own. To sum up- fast arrival, super cute clothes, good quality, however not massively inclusive.

The fact that this company is endorsed by influencers is such a joke, this company literally scams their customers. They sell cheap clothes and inflate the price to ridiculous amounts then proceed to take months to ship the package, most of the time the package doesn’t even arrive. whoever runs this company is a wench.

How tf do they get away with scamming all these people? And only cater to influencers. It’s a JOKE. Do not buy from here. I had ordered one item took about a month to send the shipping email then waited over a month and a half for my order to arrive... it didn’t. I emailed them and they said it was on back stock. Then why send a shipping email???? If you don’t have the item??? And not even get in contact with me. I literally would of lost all my money if I hadn’t tried to get ahold of someone. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them, I’m sure the dupes on AliExpress feel the like the same quality.

The actual quality of the clothing is terrible, they use really cheap fabric and everything is really stitched pretty poorly. That aside they do not do returns, only giving store credit or exchanges and only give you 7 days to get the item back to them. On top of that if you did want to exchange the item, you'd have to pay for shipping yourself and pay for duties again when the exchanged item comes in. It's a huge waste of money for clothing that's frankly incredibly low quality. Spend your money on thrifted/vintage instead, this company is a scam.

I received my order from O’mighty today and i was so happy with everything. The information of the order was understandable and the delivery was so fast. The material of the clothes is so good and they fit perfectly! :))))
