I wish I thought to check trust pilot before ordering. They’re clothes are so cute but the expectation that you’ll get what you ordered OR get helpful customer service is a fallacy. I ordered 4 items and it’s been almost 6 weeks and it hasn’t arrived. I reached out after 4 weeks over email and customer service was so rude. They did disclose ahead of time that it takes some time to process orders but they said it shouldn’t take longer than 4 weeks. After I reached out at the 5 week mark, they said it’ll be another 2 weeks…. I’m still waiting but I might just cancel especially because it was a holiday gift. This site is a joke and the people or ai bots running it don’t give a **** about customers as soon as they get ur cash. I wish I had a better review to share. If ur looking for fun and cheeky gifts I highly recommend cherry kitten lol quality is actually very good, ships on time, and the customer service is helpful.

OMighty is a complete scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE. You need to pay an additional, outrageous shipping fee ON TOP of the original shipping fee that's paid for when completing the purchase. I would've spent $65 on what was supposed to be a $45 top (shirt), that's ~45%! Mind you, U.S. tarrifs on singapore are only around 10%. They are also rude over customer support and if you decide to purchase from their website and ignore this review, then use your credit card or Paypal.

I have bought from o-mighty a lot in the past from 2013-2021 and I saw they had some new items on sale that I liked the look of. I placed my order and half an hour later I got an email saying they were shipping my item, the DHL email I got said it was scheduled to be with them by the 4th of December but it is now the 11th and there has been no update. Not impressed.

Edit: I made a PP claim and then they suddenly shipped the order. The dress that I got is fine I just sized up by 3x bc from past experience their sizes are either super small or way too big. The tote bag and stickers were also cute.

Don’t buy from here. Terrible cheap quality clothing at a way overpriced cost. 68 for a terrible top including $14 shipping . it’s a joke.The print i got looks completely different from the picture.

Who is answering emails for this company? They are absolutely unprofessional and disgustingly rude. I had a missing item and was told, no you don’t have a missing item and case is closed. Absurd customer service to someone who has made multiple orders from your company, this will absolutely be my last

I waited four months for an item that never came in, but they had no problem sending that same style of t-shirt to influencers. At least they gave me a refund.

A lot of the ratings here are poor, but I’ve shopped with Omighty twice now and the service was amazing. Items arrived within the set timeframe and as described. I think the pieces are worth the prices and the site often has sales so…

Overpriced, never shipped, insisted every time I reached out over the course of weeks that it was still six weeks away from shipping. I finally got a refund by going through my credit card company. Highly suspicious company.

Item wasn’t sent within given timeframe. Contacted them and got told it would be a ‘2-3 week’ delay, did this 3 times and got the 2-3 week quote each time (after waiting that period).

They ignored a few of my emails and gave passive aggressive responses to a few others. Really disappointed and 3 months later I’m still being told it’s in the pipeline.

I would recommend avoiding these rude scammers.

I ordered a skirt from them, and when it arrived it had a sizable hole in it. I immediately sent customer service an email, and their reply was that if I wanted it fixed I should take it to a local tailor, totally ignoring my request for a refund or a new skirt. Horrible customer service, they have completely ghosted me since that one response telling me to get it fixed by myself, even though I've tried reaching out multiple times since.
TLDR: Sends broken products, ignores you when you try asking them about it, unfortunately would not recommend.

Omg do not shop here. Unless you wanna pay $10 shipping just to still wait an eternity for your order. They do not mark items out of stock so if u order something chances are its actually out of stock and you will be waiting months for your overpriced cheap quality clothes, without any communication on there end. Half of there clothes are on aliexpress youll be better of buying them there.Seriously shtty scammy brand DO NOT SHOP HERE

The order took an eternity to arrive, I guess the 25$ I paid for express delivery was a tip, I spent 400€ and I had to pay 120€ of DHL duties, embarrassing. The clothes are atrociously cheap looking, the material is so loose, I’m 175cm and I weigh 70kg, still the size M is enormous. I asked them to exchange sizes and they denied the request since the items were discounted. I REGRET THE PURCHASE SO MUCH.

I made two orders on o-mighty and had a very positive experience that I wanted to share.

One order was made to ship to the US and it shipped a day following me placing the order and all the items received were as advertised on the website.

The items were good quality, stretchy and in the sizes I chose. I got 10 shirts and 2 pants, they gave me a tote bag on top of my order and nice stickers. I made this order on the 20th of march, it shipped out by the 21st and arrived to my DHL storageunit on the 26th.

O-mighty Customer service were also very quick to respond to my email regarding the DHL tracking number not showing on the system (which wasn’t even their fault as I was being inpatient and worried after reading the reviews that they’d give me a bogus number).

My second order was placed quite recently and hasn’t arrived yet but it already shipped out to Qatar (as that’s where I live) and I have a DHL tracking number to follow.

If you’re wondering about buying from this brand in 2024, I’d say go for it and make the purchase because you will not be disappointed.

I would like to report to all consumers the very NEGATIVE experience my family has had in shopping this website for Xmas gifts. We spent almost $300 included expedited shipping for an order on 12/29. As of this Am we still haven’t received anything. When I went on line this Am and sent an email to customer service inquiring on this, I was met with a rude response and their customer service person telling me that “Since I can’t seem to understand that shipping takes a long time”, they were going in today to cancel my order. This is after they had stated that the order was on its way. I would truly caution anyone on spending their money with this company and there are clearly inappropriate business handlings here. I’ve reported this business to the BBB as of this am and will ensure my daughter shares our experience on social media. It’s shocking to me that we could spend this much money - to then be treated in such an awful way. DO NOT spend your money here or you will be disappointed.

I ordered November 23rd. I got a tracking code a few days later, but it never updated. I reached out December 16th to ask about it, they said wait 2-3 weeks. I waited over a month (it is now Jan 22nd) and still no update. I now have to file a claim with Paypal, and might lose $60 (the item was overpriced already and this delay isnt helping my experience). I don't recommend ordering from this company if you want to receive your clothing.

I ordered a shirt on 1/26/23 and was provided an inactive DHL link. I emailed customer service and said it wasn’t working when they notified me that the item I bought was still in production and they only had two other sizes for immediate delivery. I informed them to switch the size so it would immediately deliver and they emailed me 2 days later saying it was out of stock and asked if I wanted to get another variation of the shirt (the color was hideous). Took them another 3 days before they said they were processing a refund. This website is ridiculous, which is so sad because I was really looking forward to getting this shirt.

I ordered something around Oct and I was well aware I'd probably have to wait a month or 2 due to what they had written but obviously now it's the end of November. I emailed, they said they'd dispatch within 1-2 weeks. The tracking didn't update at ALL. I decided to message on instagram and ask but again no response. So I filed a chargeback on my credit card. I know some people had some good experiences but please don't order from here. It's really expensive and honestly why are some orders so quick when others just aren't even delivered??

my first order sucked. i ordered a skirt in 2020 (around black friday time) and i definitely got it in 2021–but like, way later, like in march.

this time was much better, though, and i have to hand it to them!

i bought during their most recent black friday drop and didn’t really have my hopes up. they kind of duked me out the first time and it was painful. and the skirt was a really terrible, awkward material.

their new stuff, however, is much nicer quality, and i ended up receiving my items 3 days before the posted deadline—something i was not counting on, but pleasantly surprised me, especially considering they warned customers for a 3-week (minimum) handling time. thank you for improving, omighty! i hope everyone else has similar experiences.

Ordered in early October and paid $25 for express shipping which stated it would take 3-5 working days after processing time. They gave me a shipping confirmation the NEXT DAY with a tracking number and the subject line “your order is on its way to you.” The website stated to allow several days to a week for processing but as of two weeks after ordering, my item has not even shipped. The customer service stated that my item would not even be ready to ship until the end of October, which is past when I needed it. The customer service was super passive aggressive and basically kept pressuring me to cancel the order. I needed this item for an event and recommended the cute designs to several of my friends but will be telling them and my social media audience not to order from this company if they expect to receive their order anytime soon.
