Poor customer service. Waited 2 months for goods and when arrived was far too small despite following their size guide do yourself a favour buy locally

I dodged a bullet. I purchased an order and decided to research this company after the purchase. I saw all the negative reviews and cancelled my order immediately. After you purchase on their website, you won't be able to cancel directly there. You have to contact their support team and they will try their best for you to keep the order by offering a 5% refund. Don't keep the order. Thankfully, they decided to give me a refund after I threatened to get PayPal involved if otherwise.

I ordered a large jacket and what I recieved was more like a xs, I contacted them to return the item and they said I should have used their sizing chart to check size before ordering, I had inact done this already and the size they claimed it was it most certainly was not, told me I could return if I paid shipping fee plus additional fee for return and offered me a 5 % refund and keep the item. Contact went back and further and then told me the maximum refund they could offer was 35%
Would not recommend this company whatsoever, customer service is poor and they don’t send right size and then blame you for their mistakes

Truly have never came across worst service, items look nothing like the pictures.. even missing buttons on the jackets.. different sizes, very bad quality. And return is almost impossible.

My attention was brought to this site when searching for a leather jacket online this site came up with a gorgeous leather parka costing only £40 #bargain. After reviewing the size charts I noticed that bust size to arm length wasn’t quite right ie I could have a normal chest with t-rex arms or coat similar to what’s known as a wind sock, after reading the reviews I realised this is a bad place to shop so thanks to all for leaving those reviews so here is little tip for all to help put these rip off merchants out of business simply screen shot the picture of the item before you purchase it and use google images to locate everywhere that picture is used on the web, turns out the coat that I wanted was actually £1400 and the picture was stolen from a American web site, Chow

Horrible company. I bought a 4 xl jacket but when I tried it on, it was three sizes too small. They won't even return my money after I offered to pay shipping. Don't buy anything from this place!

Do not buy from this company. got sent a jacket that was 3 sizes too small. i have been battering back and forward trying to send it back as it is not as advertised. they do not want to accept this even though i have sent photos. absolute bandits. do not use them. does anybody know how i can get at these through trading standards?

Terrible company...do not order from here.I ordered a £28.99 jacket however when we got the order the quality was absolutely terrible and the sizes are not how they seem.When we asked for a refund they said it isn't possible because it was our fault and they continued to argue with us

What a nightmare this has been. Got ripped off on a £30 coat.

Received a coat which looked like Grandmas XXXL underwear and website showed it as a slim fit coat LOL.

If you are reading this, run away cuz your life depends on it.

Same story asked for refund they offered 5%, then 15% and I am still writing emails to them.

If you are buying anything from their website just know that you are throwing money in the gutter.

Ordered 2 items. they got both wrong ( wrong size and wrong colour ) they refuse to cover the cost of returns (turns out they expect me to send it to china despite priding themselves as an international company). I obviously expect a full refund but the customer service goons dont give a monkeys and they just wont confirm their complaints procedure despite asking for it a ridiculous amount of times.

I read reviews on here after seeing an item I wanted, and took the risk. I should not have taken that risk.

Item is very different to what is described - the material is different, the size is way off, and the colour is something else. But it did in fact arrive (took around 3 weeks as it comes from China).

I don't really care as I knew it was a gamble, but I'd dissuade others from following the same path.

I wish I could put a 0. Honestly the worst online company I think I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read the reviews first before using this site. I waited an eternity for my parcel to arrive. The sizes are completely inaccurate. I ordered a M and its more like a XS. I contacted customer service to issue a refund and I was told they would not accept refunds on items that are correct. I.e; if they deliver exactly what it is you have ordered they do not take items back for refunds. I had to go through customer service about their own returns policy and clearly state that they accept refunds within 30 days of receipt. I was then told that on this occasion they would give me 10% off the purchase price but I had to keep the item. I told them that I did not want the item as it was too small and that I was entitled to a full refund. Long story short we went back and fourth several times leading them to rise to 20% off but must keep the item still and they recommend I keep it as the postage which I would have to pay for would be too expensive. As before I explained I did not want to keep the item and I wanted a full refund. I have now lost all contact with customer service as they will not respond to any of my emails.

I ordered a coat for my son, it was too small and i wanted to return, they offered 10% back i kept saying no i want to return got offered 35%. I still was saying no 100 perecent refund and i want to return i got return adress and they said they would pay the returned shipping as it was 21 pounds from uk. Now i have sent it back 2 days ago. Sent an email to say i post it and how much shipping was and now they say they arent paying shipping. So im 28 pounds out of pocket.. spent 59 with shipping return getting 31 back if i ever do. Totally wripped off. Awful awful scamners.

Why do I never read these reviews before buying! I experienced all the problems listed here after I spent my money on a 5xl faux leather jacket. The delivery time from order was just over a month which is par for the course from China to the UK. To be fair the jacket was fine in terms of quality for the price. Unfortunately the size delivered would only be 5XL in Lilliput or possibly where Yoda comes from. Trying to change or return it ended as a waste of time. After being told repeatedly that they were right and I was wrong I took a 20% refund to keep it. I might find a very small person it fits (and I mean small) and they will benefit from my stupidity. Best avoided.

Ordered a jacket and it's too small. Even though I was told there was an exchange method in place, there is not. Now they are saying they will give me a 5% refund to order in a different size.

I ordered 2 mens shirts which took about a month to arrive.
When they did, the quality was poor and were so small on me I couldn't do them up, even though I ordered a size larger than normal (XXXL which was more like L)
I sent a polite email asking for a return address as there was no paperwork in the parcel, and was told that as they sent the size I ordered they would not refund my money
After pushing them for an address they offered me 5% repayment.
I told them this was an insult, and I opened a dispute through PayPal.
They seemed desperate for me to close the PayPal dispute and every few hours bombarded me with repeat emails.
After a bit of haggling, and being offered 10%, they gave me two "choices". Either accept a 20% refund or pay for my own shipping costs to China, to return them.
Reluctantly I accepted 20% rather than incur further costs with no guarantee that I would get my money back.
From what I've read here from others, and following my own experience, it seems like a scam company.
They really shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Please do yourself a favour avoid this company they are s--t send out completely wrong sizes with no refunds telling you to sell the item on eBay why has this company website not been taken down to stop them trading like this ???
