Disappointed that the wrong item was delivered and they simply don’t respond to any messages about this

I have never received my luggage. Apparently, the transportation company (UPS) has lost my package and when I contact them they say I have to talk directly to GMT ZERO team, and when I talk to GMT Zero team either they do not reply or they tell me to talk to UPS.
Honestly, I don’t know what else to do. I have never received my suitcase and neither the refund. It’s been 2 months already and nothing solved.

Absolutely scam
I bought the cabin bag and after 7 months the handle is broken … I used the bag only 5 times used as cabin bag … always in the head locker
I emailed them , I messaged them in instagram if there is something to replace that but they never replied
Its absolutely ridiculous their professional behaviour and a non existent customer service
Please stay away from them … looks nice but the quality is so poor
They promise year guarantee but they don’t respond even in one message for assistance
Shame on them

Sadly, after only 6 months, I have incurred damage in my cabin-bag, which I have only used twice with utmost care. One of the internal separators has torn off from the frame as it's merely fixed on the corners but not along the entire frame, which is already bad enough.

UPDATE:

I finally received a response after a while and was offered a free replacement, which I gladly accepted, although I still had to cover handling charges and customs fees/import duties as the replacement stock was located in the UK. All in all around € 70.00.

Best case I’ve ever had - a must buy

Great experience with GTMzero and the support team. First black luggage was slightly scratched on one side so had to return it. Promptly revived my money back and placed a new order for the green one which was perfect!

I loved everything about my gmtzero experience! They sent me immediately the aluminum suitcase and it was packed pretty securely. Furthermore I liked that they included a leather tag and a cover for the suitcase. This is the best suitcase I ever had: I was looking for a good quality aluminum suitcase and when I found the suitcase from this brand I knew it was gonna be the right one for me. I also had the opportunity to use the 10% discount they offer to new customers. I really recommend GMT ZERO to everyone.
