No response from customer service reps
Shoes were to small so I payed money to return them. Shoes have been at their facility for 5 days and have yet to get a refund. Now that I have sent multiple messages asking for the status of my refund, I have yet to get a response back. I get that they can take time but I at least expect a response.

They included insoles and a shoehorn with the shoes, they have very fast shipping and the price for the shoe is very good , as well to when I had to make an exchange they made the process very easy.
