Initially, I was very excited when I received the product It was a gorgeous Ferragamo belt.
I wore the belt for four weeks and the buckle broke, I asked for a refund and and all they would offer me is a repair which cost $60 and they would only cover $30. I declined and I am asking for a refund since the product should not break after wearing it for four weeks.

This belt was worn for several weeks before the issue was reported. While we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products, damage after extended wear can be affected by usage and conditions beyond our control.
As a courtesy, we offered a partial repair credit to help resolve the issue, even though the item was outside our standard return window. Unfortunately, a full refund was not possible at that stage.

I received the wrong size
I received the wrong size. I ordered 10.5 and received 9.5. I cannot return this because i sent to a freight forwarder and have payed import duties that are non refundable. I mean something so simple as getting the correct size! Will never order here again

Disappointing customer service
I initially wrote a 5-star review on the service I received from NYC. As stated in that review, I received the item quickly and the packaging was superb. I also loved the price and quality of item. However, the shoes I received were burgundy, but were advertised as brown. When I reached out to NYC online, I was told it was advertised incorrectly. In the response, I was never offered an apology or a gesture of goodwill.
