My second review but feel justified for the terrible service. 126 this morning from dudley to Birmingham. Due at 5.35 showed up at 6.08. I have to catch another bus in town to be at work for 7, always late for work. I wonder how many people this affects?? Make the complaints system easier and you will see just how many people complain each day. Should be a little button on your app where you can say if the bus is on time or late so you can see exactly what kind of shit show you are running. Fares gone up and drivers got pay rise and the company is getting worse and worse. I understand traffic but at 5.30 in the morning that is not an excuse as there is none. Sort your service out or give us a a cut in fares because honestly your service should be free with how shocking it now is. Drivers don't even care, say to them you are Kate and you get a shrug of the shoulders, bad attitudes from overpaid people.

regarding repeated service failures on Route 9 involving bus 2072. This is now my second complaint this week, as the situation has escalated to an unacceptable level.
On both Monday and Tuesday morning, the number 9 bus arrived significantly late, causing me to arrive late to work on both days. However, the incident that occurred today was far more serious.
This evening, the driver of bus 2072 stopped mid-route and instructed all passengers to get off the bus, claiming the traffic was “too heavy” to complete the route. This decision was made abruptly and without any concern for passenger safety or welfare.
It was dark, raining heavily, and several vulnerable passengers—an elderly man, women, and teenage girls—were left standing in an unfamiliar location. I myself had no idea where I was. The next Route 9 bus was also delayed, meaning I did not arrive home until 19:55, despite finishing work at 16:30.
The driver’s attitude during this incident was dismissive and rude. He could not provide any estimate of how long we would have to wait for another bus. Additionally, his reasoning makes no logical sense: if the traffic was too heavy for him to continue the route, it is unclear why another driver would somehow experience less traffic. Passengers were simply abandoned.
To make matters worse, I was required to pay an additional fare for the next bus, even though the disruption was entirely caused by the driver’s action.
This level of service is unprofessional, unsafe, and highly disruptive.
Extremely disappointing bus service
NX West Midlands busses are always delayed or cancelled without warning. They are frequently overcrowded and untidy. I have experienced multiple instances of bus drivers being rude to passengers. The constant price increases despite declining quality of service summaries how infuriating NX bus service has become.

Appalling service, and given the price you'd pay for a monthly bus pass it's absolutely not worth it. You'll easily wait 25 minutes for a service that's supposed to run every 15.

I was on the 97 4940 today at around 19:40 and the driver is honestly so nice he literally went out of his way to stop for customers to get on and I noticed they didn’t even say thank you I usually hate the bus but I wish him well and a thank you!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the bus driver this morning!
I was running to catch the X8 bus from Wolverhampton station at around 07:16. The bus was scheduled to depart at 07:19, so I was well within time. I was literally just seconds away, right there, when the driver deliberately shut the doors and pulled away early. It was clearly intentional, as he had been sitting idly at the wheel until he noticed me running, before suddenly closing the doors and driving off.
Because of this driver’s petty and unprofessional actions, I ended up being late for work!
This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. Passengers rely on drivers to follow the timetable and show a basic level of decency, something this driver clearly lacked. It’s infuriating to see someone go out of their way to inconvenience others, especially when I was clearly making every effort to get there on time. I genuinely hope this incident is taken seriously and addressed, because no passenger should be treated like that.

Just all round shocking, poor management, execution of routes, just been thrown off a bus miles from my stop because it is so late it needs to miss a few stops to catch up! Never fail to disappoint after all these years.
