I have just set up an account with NWH, they were the fastest response with a clear and reasonable quote. The process to set up a new account with Rachel Morrison and sign the paperwork has been the smoothest I have yet experienced.

Quite simply put NWH do exactly what they say they will when they say they will and bill you accordingly. Its so refreshing after years of stress with other waste companies to finally have a service that works for us. We pay slightly more than with the others, but longer term NWH has saved us money and time as I am being billed properly and the contract hasn't been changed after 3 months to higher prices.

So far I have been very happy with NWH. They price slightly above the average in the market, however the service you get for this more than outweighs the offering. Compared to the last 3 years of battling waste companies (Biffa and then Enva) with in contract changes/breaches, overbilling, failed collections and hours of contact trying to sort this out we have had nothing but 100% accurate bills and every single collection has been on time since we started in July. Further to that I actually get regular e mails from my account manager to check that things are going OK. Paying a bit more for a decent service has actually saved me money as I don't have to spend any time following up on the issues we have had to deal with in the past. As a small business owner my health and blood pressure are much better for it too!
