Was working on a job in Edinburgh and used nwh for 3/4 months, Gemma who was dealing with my requests was excellent and managed to organise and send wagons to site every time I needed, even at very late notice. Will use there services again.

Great Start – Reliable and Professional Service

We recently set up our business and needed a reliable waste management service. NWH made the whole process smooth and straightforward. From the initial setup to the first collection, everything was handled professionally. Their team was helpful in explaining the best waste disposal options for our business, and the pricing was clear with no surprises.
So far, collections have been on time, and communication has been excellent. If they continue this level of service, I can see us staying with them long-term. A great start – highly recommended!

Great start to service: realised last minute I had no overlap with previous waste collection supplier who had uplifted physical bins quicker than anticipated- asked the question - and nwh team sorted out an early start with delivery within 48 hours!
Saved our bacon somewhat!

Really happy with our service - thanks Finaly.
Really happy with our service. It’s imperative for us to get daily collections. Finlay really helped managed us through any issues seamlessly and got us onboarded and up and running very easily. As a business owner the last thing I want to worry about it chasing waste collections. Thankfully we haven’t had to and been really happy with our service.
