A great day networking with Public Sector peers at the Annual Conference in Preston. Well attended event with relevant speakers on themes to assist us to be “Fit for the Future”. I particularly enjoyed Leading Well in a Hybrid World and 21st Century Public Servant.

We always use North West Employers for our Overview and Scrutiny training because they are brilliant to work with, provide specialist expertise and the feedback we receive from councillors is always excellent! Our training session on shaping and improving Scrutiny with North West Employers associate Dr Steph Snape went down really well with councillors who felt inspired by the session and have used the knowledge and skills gained to great effect in meetings and their work. We are already planning our next training session with North West Employers and would highly recommend them for their fantastic cost effective service and expertise.
