For months I waited and communicated…
For months I waited and communicated for my order to arrive. After I still hadn't received anything and wanted my money back, it was suddenly possible to send my order. Upon receipt, it turned out to be a cookbook.
Now they are asking me to get in touch. I have already been in contact with you since February, only to not receive my order. We have already done all that.

I needed my shorts for my holiday…
I needed my shorts for my holiday tomorrow and paid for the delivery to get them in time. No where clearly states that you wouldnt send them for a period of time. So now I have to wait 4 days before my product is even shipped and won’t have for my holiday. Wasn’t until I checked the email to see this. One of the worst experiences I’ve had especially for such a big company.

This has been the worst online clothe ordering experience I’ve had so far. Today is May 27th and my initial order was in the middle of march. Within 14 days I requested my money back as this is a general consumer right in Europe. This wasn’t accepted. The entire story of my NVLTY London experience is too long to write here but they are an unprofessional company which have held my money for over two months without delivering product. An unnamed Person keeps telling me via e-mails „in 6-10 days your order will be received“ I don’t get any tracking numbers or shipping information. Only thing left to do is hand the matter over to a lawyer.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND LET EVERYONE KNOW TO DO THE SAME!
