Nuvei is great company for mid to big businesses. Our companie is working with them for over a half a decade now and we are very happy to have this relationship growing every year. I would recommend them for companies working with both European clients and Worldwide.

Another reviewer said it perfectly: "This company operates with dirty and questionable strategies to generate profit. Will have to end working with them." We were lured with the no processing fees, meaning all fees would be covered by customer with a 3% fee at time of transaction, by a 3rd level company called Rapid Pay who is subordinate to Finical Holdings LLC who subordinate to Nuvei. It went well for the first month then we started noticing fees being debited from our account. And then, of course the the prompt customer service we saw when they were bringing us on disappeared overnight: no phones answered or emails replied to. We reached out to our attorney general and got some of the fees back. At one time, they withheld over 10K for a .20 cent fee they erroneously claimed we owed them. We terminated our agreement over a month ago and they are once again threatening us for a yet another erroneous fee. So, we're going back to our attorney general as well as spreading the word far and wide about this "company" as-well-as contacting our legislatures to generate new bills confronting predatory credit card processors. We are also starting up a small business group to go nation-wide that will focus on these types of predatory card processing companies.

The attention I received was excellent. The challenge I faced was obviously not a challenge, at all, for Nuvei or its employee. And yet, I can say, the solution was conveyed in a professional and non threatening manner. I didn't feel like I was the IT idiot as I have felt when troubleshooting other IT challenges. Good job.

Everything is good. Just had to update but wondering why it doesn’t update automatically. Could have been worse if we didn’t have the back up machine

Excellent choice of various APMS, low fees, efficient and fast support team, always available. Working with Nuvei makes processing easy as you get in one place a cashier and the payment methods required for a successful business. In a few words, "one stop shop"

Excelent support service by Relationship manager that help us a lot in opening new markets and adding new payment method in existing ones

Poor service for new clients. Unfortunately the onboarding process has and is continuing to be a nightmare. Wrong information provided, setup incorrect and service is very poor. No shows for terminal set up appointments (happened twice) with no explanation why.

I'm extremely please with the knowledge and service I got from the sales representative, I have to say the activation was simple and she was patient, but did misinform me about my dashboard plan, I did not need to keep the Coach d'affaire to access the basic dashboard.

Avoid this company at all costs. They promised they could integrate their payment software with our website and then after a complete hassle of signing up, turns out they couldn't. Immediately after finding out I emailed them letting them know this wouldn't work and I didn't want to continue the service. Thought everything was done until I looked and saw they've been charging our account every month. After trying to get a refund they ignore you and keep charging. Can't seem to get them to stop and probably will have to get a lawyer involved to solve this issue now. What a waste of time and money.
Follow up: they did not resolve the issue despite their below reply.

This company claims there is “no contract” and that you can cancel anytime. But when we were unhappy and wanted to cancel, they completely ignored us and disappeared — clearly stalling in order to charge us for an extra month. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. You absolutely should avoid doing business with them.
We later switched to Moneris, and the service quality is on a whole different level — much more professional and trustworthy compared to Nuvei.

I open my service on March 11, 2025. Received my package on the 15th of March I didn’t start using my processor until the first day of April and my account is closed on the third day I’ve done small transactions and 3 were flagged. My bank account is new and opened for the purposes of capturing payments and I was penalized as high risk all documents sent in now I’ll have turn down clients and find a new service

was sold on this company for payment processing as a less expensive option. Hidden fees made it completely the opposite. Cancelling was a hassle and was billed an additional month after cancellation. Would never recommend this company to any other small business. The only good thing about this terminal, was the lack of long term contract so I could opt to cancel it.

The Nuvei Tech Support Rep was very proficient, professional and friendly in resolving my issue. It was done quickly.

I just retired and wanted to return my Point of Sale unit to Nuvei. I called customer service, spoke to Sebastian and was able to close my account in very short order. They sent out a box to return my unit and a paid waybill in order to send it back to them. I received this the next day, called Purolator for a pick up and all done quickly and very efficiently.
