I did not receive the pumpkin seeds I ordered
The company said they had delivered but the photo sent from courier was not my address I paid by Apple Pay who always get my Address right!!!!!
When I complained they said confirm your address so I put Flat 12 as I live in a block of flats! They said they won’t do anything as I had given them my usual address of number 12 xxxxxxx xxxxxx
I have Never written a bad review on trust pilot before They had the cheek to say I could order again at a discounted rate!!!!!!
I will stay with whole foods in future where I have never had a problem

Bought 1kg of Brazil nuts in dark…
Bought 1kg of Brazil nuts in dark chocolate back in January as my regular supplier ran out... Big mistake they were just as expensive but inferior in terms of the chocolate used! I found the nuts good enough quality but the chocolate tasted like horrible imitation... I certainly won't buy anything else from them and don't recommend. Should have bought less as my first order, my mistake.

Despite a hiccup initially ( order delivered to wrong door) my new parcel arrived yesterday. Everything thing is delicious, we bought the corn just to try it, wow new best snack. The chocolate gingers so moreish, the honey nuts are incredible, completely covered in sweet tastiness. Noticed no powdery residue or soft old nuts, we will definitely be back.
