The only magnesium supplement that actually works for me. I've tried others more expensive brands. Now won't waste my money.
I also use the D3 and K2 tablet
And the zinc picolinate one.
I've not been ill since I've been taking them.

I only buy geeks products been using them 12 months as i am now 60 and going through the menopause,i can 100% recommend Geeks,the collagan glow up powder is amazing i have noticed a massive improvement in my hair skin and nails i also take the bioten growth as i was a nail biter,in 1 week my nails started to grow and were stronger.
I also take the magnesium vitamin B12 and vitamin D and this as helped so much with the menopause especially with sleep at night and energy levels in the day,my joints and muscles are less painful.
