What a difference it has made for me
I have been taking the geeks 3 in 1 magnesium for around 3 months, it has definitely helped me to sleep better, I realised I wasn’t getting tinnitus as much and on the few occasions I did get it the sound of it was much fainter too. I have had bursitis in both of my hips for many years and it was only the other night I realised I wasn’t shuffling around in bed to get comfortable.
Also the delivery service is excellent.
