Written by the company

Nutriop Longevity is a Swiss-based supplement company focused on one thing: helping your cells work the way they used to. We formulate and package our products in Switzerland, and every batch is independently tested by an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab. The certificates of analysis are published on our product pages — because if you can't verify what's in a supplement, why take it? Our range covers the molecules that longevity researchers actually talk about: NMN and NAD+ for cellular energy, spermidine for autophagy, trans-resveratrol and pterostilbene for antioxidant protection, and COGNIPRIME® for targeted cognitive support. Fourteen products in total, each built around ingredients with published research behind them. We don't use fillers, flow agents, or proprietary blends. Every ingredient and its exact dose is listed on the label. Our capsules are vegan pullulan — plant-based with a superior oxygen barrier to help preserve what's inside. Over 600 verified customer reviews across Judge.me, Loox, and Trustpilot. A 90-day money-back guarantee on everything. Free shipping across the EU and UK. And if something isn't right, our support team (real people, not bots) will sort it out. We're not trying to sell miracles. We're trying to give your body the specific compounds that research suggests it needs more of as you age — formulated properly, tested independently, and priced fairly. That's it. That's what we do.

I was not prepared for having to pay for customs fees and norwegian vat in addition to the other expences. The company contacted me, trying to assist, but could not help with this problem. Not their fault that you have to pay import taxes.

Actually

Actually, I haven't taken yet.Now I've taken other company's NMN and I'm going to take this after I finished it.So I didn't wanted to review but they sent reminder...That's why my star is three.
One minus point is I had to pay import duty to receive this package.

Excellent product

I have used the product for less than two weeks and I have noticed a nice increase in my energy levels. I also sleep all night wich was an issue for me before taking this product. The powder is easy dissolvable with a slight lemon taste.
Fast shipping.
I recommend it.

Highly recommended

As usual, pleasant contact with the Nutriop team followed by super quick delivery. NMN works great for me and meanwhile also my family. Looking forward to my next order.

Over dosing or just gouging?

The product arrived very quickly. It was quite expensive but that was made so much worst by the directions on the bottle. You advise that I should take 1 tab up to 4 times daily indicating max strength is 4 per day. At that rate it's NZ $140 a week regime! That is just gouging! I'm a pensioner and woud need the max rather than a minimum and probably wouldn't have made an order at all in that case because I will not be able to sustain such a regime.

I had no expectations

I had no expectations, as this seemed part of the 'quack' narrative... however;
I tried the capsules first and didn't notice anything especially miraculous, until I ran out and stopped, that is.

It wasn't until that two weeks after, I noticed the stress pain in my hips and lower back returning. Due to stock issues I couldn't get them again, so took the high potency powder instead.

Sure enough the pain and recovery time (from gym sessions) improved measurably.

Jury is still out, but so far it's been interesting,

Mixed experience

Mixed experience.

In the internet, I found an independent test result that claims Nutriop's NMN only has a purity of <10%. This test was executed by an organization / group that maintains an active community and does tests of different providers as a service to their community. However, note that no actual certificate for the test result was provided. So make out of that information, what you want. That test could be a nice service to us customers or it could be a competitor trying to badmouth their competition in a smart way.

Nutriop themselves does provide a certificate by an external laboratory that attests them a high product purity which is of course good. However, note that the test might hypothetically have been run against a different batch / product than the one that is actually shipped. So the only way to be sure of the product quality is to order a pricey test yourself at a third party laboratory. Note that this is true for every NMN seller, not just nutriop.

So to some degree, the test results are statement against statement and hard / expensive to verify. As this is true for every NMN provider and I didn't verify the claims against nutriop, this does not influence my review. But it is the starting point of my actual customer journey with nutriop.

Out of caution, I decided to cancel my order. Another factor to that decision besides what I described above, was that I didn't receive an answer to a product question I sent them (i.e. bad customer service).

So when the package arrived, I rejected accepting it, such that it went straight back, in an unaltered fashion without me ever touching it which was visible from the tracking link. I sent this tracking link to nutriop as a proof that the unopened package is on it's way back to them. According to their terms of service, after such proof is provided, they have 7 days for the reimbursement. Unfortunately though, after that time passed my messages to them were at first ignored and then I was told I'd have to wait for the package to arrive. So that clearly was against their terms of service. After I insisted on obeying their own terms of service, I got as a response that the account department has been authorized to issue the refund.

However, the payment did still not happen. And even my next message asking about the status got ignored just again. So the overall customer experience was pretty horrible up to this point and only after I left a 1 star review here, I got an answer again.

Fortunately, at least after that, they changed their behavior and I actually got my reimbursement after 3 weeks (instead of 1 week). As an apology they also sent me a free order of NMN which was actually really kind of them. Also they are currently in the process of hiring a customer service representative to improve their customer service.

So, while my previous review came to the conclusion that they must be a fraudulent company, it seems they are / were just badly organized and I'm willing to update my review to 3 stars.

By the way, if you want to contact them, try WhatsApp. Via email I never got a reply from them.

order easily and receive product in…

order easily and receive product in good time. As it is my first time to try this type of product, can't tell if it works to improve my body or not yet. one thing notice is my skin seems feeling smoother. By taking the recommended daily amount seems making my head feel a bit uncomfortable. So reduce the amount plus stop couple days in between.
