product didn't work / horrible customer service
Wish I could give -5 stars. The unit stopped working almost immediately, despite no mishandling. After an initial response from the company requesting information for a return, I then got radio silence to my reply and did not hear again from them for several months despite several emails and phone calls. After this negligence, the only offer was for me to pay the shipping to return the product/have a new one sent. In my book, this horrible customer service should have warranted more of a compensatory offer to rectify the situation.
