READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING im so angry £40 wasted my 1st and last order with nuscents i dont no how they can get away with selling these they have no scent what so ever ordered because my sister took a break from her wax melts whilst she was moving house so thought id order from this company im so so gutted that I did my sisters fill the whole house iv just recieved these so called wax melts and there that weak you cant even smell them in there packaging bought 4 of the jadore as thats my fav that I buy from my sister which is so so strong and these off nascent have no scent at all like literally 0 im so angry there most definitely cheap oil fragrances as someone else has written in there review my sister uses 10% fragrance as nuscents apparently do so there rather lieing or using extremely cheap cheap fragrance oil just dont waste your money i honestly want to cry £40 iv lost thats way too much money for wax melts to have no smell at all just trust all these bad reviews because they are not lieing I wish to god I read them before ordering iv ordered many wax melts from different company's and these are hands down without a shadow of a doubt the worst iv ever used I dont no how they csn get away with it take my advice and always go to a small buisness who care about there customers and there quality of there products and not just money grabbing and scamming people I bought all my regular scents that I buy from my sister and hers smell so strong and beautiful then iv got these cheap nasty skinny with no smell wax melts off this company that are not letting off any smell at all (and yes im burning the jadore so iv given it chance to disappoint me further) i want my money back im disgusted and so angry its unbelievable!!! And also there old and damaged all habe air bubbles and scratches in them and some not in dirty packaging and in christmas stock so selling old damaged stock as new with no fragrance absolutely been conned

Great company the wax melts smell amazing and I wouldn’t use any others now . The delivery is always quick and the customer service is great .

Brilliant service every time and I am so pleased you brought back the old XL wax melt. The other ones were nice and still smelled but as an arthritis sufferer I haven't found another wax melt which is both easy to use and lasts long. Keep up the good work

I've been ordering for a long time but when they changed the shape of the xxl bar's and the scent I stopped. There was no smell at all. Bring back the old xxl and go back to the original smells

Hundreds of scents available, so something for every nose, of the few I've tried so far the scent throw has been good and lasts for ages. Bonus that they offer cruelty free perfume dupes too, I bought the "Lost Cherry" inspired fragrance and it's gorgeous.
Excellent communication regarding status of orders and swift delivery, items securely packaged, all in all a great company with exceptional customer service. Happy to recommend.

Very disappointed, i’ve been ordering for years it’s went downhill since they stopped selling the 100g bars. barely any scent to them even your standard size melts :( unfortunately won’t be ordering again. please do better

Fragrances are devine tried a few others but not happy at all,Fragrance doesn't last.

Love all the scents my favourite is the pine one for Christmas time. Really good and can actually smell them unlike some other companies

Super fast delivery and the wax melts are a good size with a very varied aromas

first and last time i would order i normally order else where and always happy but thought i’d try a new company for something different these wax melts have little to no smell atall i put 2 in different rooms had a very slight smell which i could only smell for about a hour the usual company i order from lasts all day amd the whole house smells lovely i will definitely be sticking with them i don’t recommend this company for wax melts

Ive been ordering here for a couple of years and never been dissapointed! Very fast delivery and the wax melts last for ages, they always smell amazing and the parma violet is my absolute favourite! This recent order is my first in a while and the service is still excellent! Very happy with my purchase! Thank you.

Bought a few wax melts and first time using this company nice size wax melts but only smell for the first 5/ 10 mins after that nothing so disappointed will not buy again

Great products and excellent service! Order arrived quickly and kept up to date with dispatch and delivery. I recently went back to reorder the mademoiselle room spray (because it smells AMAZING) and they were out of stock. I messaged asking when they were due back in, had a really fast response and they were restocked later that day 😊 I even got an email advising of the restock at the time I was advised the would be back online. Couldn’t be happier.

There is a huge range of scents to choose from in their wax melts, and the ones I have tried so far all smell amazing.

I used to buy my waxes from a friend who run her own shop but sadly she had to close, so in came google and Nuscents I thought I would give them a go and so glad I did.
The scents are excellent some stronger than others but all smell amazing, the prices are excellent.

I have been using Nuscents for a while now. These are the best wax melts I have come across! I absolutely love all the laundry scents! I accidentally put the wrong address on my most recent order and nuscents have kindly replaced free of charge even though this was completely my fault! Absolute 1st class customer service!! Been using nuscents for a while now love the wax melts..have tried different companies but nuscents are the best! Anyone that comes into my house always comments on the smell and how strong they are think I’ve only ever had 1 that I couldn’t smell out of all the orders I’ve received
