customer service…

The customer service does take some time to get a response but when they do they get on top of it. The bag is absolutely perfectly. Just waiting on all the other bags purchased at the same time. I ordered 13 items and only got 1 so far. Hoping the rest comes soon. Because I have actually placed multiple orders.

I ordered two medium sized personalized totes for me and my daughter. I was so pleased when I opened them and how nice they look. There was great communication about my order and updates on the delivery. I'm very happy with my order and having such unique totes is a plus.

Was try international shipping by post office for non-sufficient postage on my package and my order was split between two packages so it was twice that I had to pay them insufficient postage

The quality of the bag was absolutely excellent and my mum loved it. It is now "her official work bag". The staff were also helpful when I contacted them. Highly recommend for the hospital staff in your life.

I was disappointed when I received the…

I was disappointed when I received the bag. I like my bags to have zippers and this bag does not have one. It will most likely just sit in my closet and not be used. It was a waste of money. I should have paid more attention I guess.
