Bought a bag for my daughter as she is a nurse and deserves to be spoilt.
It was very easy to choose a design and customise with my daughter’s name.
Received the bag today and very impressed with the quality. Choose large which is a great size, colour and design exactly as advertised, it is just gorgeous and feels great, the zip and trimmings very well done and the lining in the bag feels lovely. Totally recommend this site as a big yes nurses will love it.

Patiently ❤️ wait for a beautiful customized bag
I emailed as I was concerned as to why I never received a tracking number, through nursonia or shop. I did receive a tracking when order was shipped out I guess. For a beautiful customized tote does take time and must be patient. When my bag arrived! I touched it, felt so beautiful. Looked so beautiful. I am grateful my bag arrived just perfect exactly the way I customized it. Nursonia did an amazing job! Exceeded my expectation. I can't wait to use my beautiful bag to work. Its so beautiful that I'm also gonna use for my nursing program. Love it! Love it! I will be ordering another one for daily use . It's the smaller neutral one . I'm so excited can't wait to use for work. All my co workers are gonna love it when they see it. I'm gonna tell them Nursonia!!!!Thank you !!!!

I still have not received my bags
I still have not received my bags. It’s been over a month. I never got a legitimate tracking number for the US. The only reason why they’re getting three stars is because they were answering my emails quickly now I can’t seem to get a hold of them the large bags are about 157 apiece And I ordered two I have not received either one.

Easy to order. Website had lots of fun choices! 2 packages came approx 1 1/2 weeks apart. Satisfactory packaging. LOVE the large bag and excited about packing it. A nice treat for me that's personalized just for me. Well worth the splurge. I would order again.

Horrible! Did not receive the bag I paid for, only the “free item” and receiving no response to my emails. It was a Christmas present for a friend. I better get it or get a refund. Very poor customer service.

Great purchase
The only problem I had was the device I used when ordering. I can't order on my phone. When I do only the insurance and the nice shipping box shows up in my cart. Not the actual item. So I ordered off my laptop the first time and no issues. The second time I ordered, I had the same issue like I did with my phone. Except this time the item showed up in my cart, but after checking out. I received an email stating I had one item purchased and they can't ship an empty box. Meaning the insurance and the box I wanted it shipped in went through but not the second bag. The company did it for me manually. Other than that issue. My experience was great. They responded back to me in a timely manner. The bags are fantastic. I do wish the zippers closed completely. But it's still doable! I will definitely continue to buy bags as gifts for my healthcare community. I have two bags. One suggestion. Make caregiver as one of your titles too. I'm a caregiver/ CNA and I do carry my own work bag with my own medical supplies in it and other stuff. Thank you so much for coming up with this idea. I love it!

Outstanding Customer Service
This company had outstanding, friendly customer service and replied quickly to my emails. I don't usually leave reviews, but they went above and beyond to confirm that I had received my order and that I was pleased with how the bags came out.
