Quick and easy order,plus swift delivery. Size of clog did not fit my regular shoe size, so I had to return the shoes. I received the return label, for which you have to pay btw, and 3 weeks after I'd returned them I still had no reply from this company. Of course I contacted them, but you receive an automatic reply stating "that the returned item has not been registered in their warehouse".
So consider this before you place an order with Nurse O'clock.
You might very well lose your money (and the product you paid for).
I do not recommend.

Ordered a selection of small items (scissors, pen torch, watch etc) and all arrived and was as described. The items are not super high quality but they look perfectly good enough and what I was expecting for the prices paid which were very reasonable. Took about 12 days to arrive in the Uk from the Netherlands which was a bit longer than I was expecting but the UK postal strikes didn't help. I was worried when I saw the reviews below after I'd ordered and my parcel hadn't arrived - but it all turned out fine in the end. The company responded to my email enquiry the same day and advised my parcel was on it's way and due to be delivered the next day - and it was! So I'd say this is a good company in my experience. I've ordered multiple times from this site and have zero complaints. Product description is detailed and I found to be correct. Items were delivered timely, well packaged and high quality. I have recommended nurseOClock to all my colleagues.

Worst company I have ever had dealings with and I wish I had read reviews before using, Would not recommend this company ever absolutely disgusting behaviour emails flying back and forth with no outcome I hope they go to the wall
