First of all
First of all, customer service is great! There quick to help with issues and response time is awesome! Second the nuropod, I've been on it one month already and I've already felt so much better with the help of my device,I use it daily and it's helped with my anxiety and thoughts it's helped keep me calmer then usual and I'm usually able to get out of my phases quicker then I used to so I'm very happy with my device and I will continue to use it everyday. So much better than Apollo
I bought one other vagus nerve stimulation device from Apollo nuero and they make it impossible to return don’t respond to any emails or call. Nurosym work really well for me
Nurosym work really well for me. It gives me a warm feeling, reduces stress immediately and it is helps considerably with sleep. I like to use higher intensity, it seems to work better for me. The product arrived really fast, ordered it on Saturday, arrived on Monday (NL to EU delivery).

Mental stillness
It has helped my mind chatter and anxious thoughts. It has helped me unwind and it made “ sticky” thoughts easier to view as thoughts. Been using it for 18 days and the past 11 days have been the best sleeps I’ve had in ages. I use it for 90 mins a day 40 mins mornings and 50 mins evenings. So far very happy

Good Results!
I ordered Nurosym for anxiety/panic attacks leading up to minor surgery. ( Medication for anxiety was not possible as my GP is no longer the prescribing for situational anxiety).
It arrived quickly and instructions were easy to follow, it is a convenient size to fit in a pocket whilst using if walking around.
It took around 10 days before I felt any noticeable change in my anxiety levels but by the end of 3 weeks I felt calmer, was sleeping better and whilst nervous during the surgery was not seized by the over whelming panic I had suffered before (heart palpitations, shortness of breath, shaking and sweating).

I didn’t really expect this to work
I didn’t really expect this to work. My Daughter and her partner bought me one after I was suffering from really poor sleep and anxiety following a chest infection which caused LPR (silent reflux) This poked the vagus nerve causing massive adrenaline dumps in the middle of the night which led to anxiety in the day. I initially started at level 10 which was way too high and caused a cough and a pulsing in the throat. I contacted Nurosym who advised me to start lower so I have been using level 4 for 30 mins once or twice a day for over 2 weeks. Sleep back almost to normal and anxiety mostly gone. I have been using other techniques so I can’t put it all down to Nurosym but it has definitely helped support the other things such as deep breathing, using DARE and using PPI’s to reduce the acid. I have been tracking my HRV - at the start it was 29 and I have just checked it this morning and it’s 54! That’s before my Nurosym session. I am 67 so that’s a good result for my age. I would say that it’s a great support tool to use alongside other strategies.

Worth Trying
I have trialed the vagus nerve stimulator. I wasn’t sure what to expect. It has only been a few weeks. No adverse effects experienced. Sleep quality does seem better - less early morning awakenings. There does appear to be a positive effect on intestinal symptoms and headaches. For me, it has not been dramatic, so I think people should temper their expectations and give it more time to experience a benefit.

No proper legal and financial administration
Neursym is a company that does not care about customer service and prioritise revenue over proper legal and financial administration.
After ordering and paying for their products, you are required to complete a questionnaire, accompanied by the message that you will not receive the device unless you complete this apparently mandatory requirement.
Invoices are only provided upon request. Furthermore, the document received does not qualify as a proper invoice, as all relevant VAT details are missing (including the company’s own VAT number).
It also appears that the company is unable to retrieve the client data that was requested during the ordering process.
Meanwhile I received allready > 10 commercial e-mails from then within one week.
