Maybe I'll start from the beginning. The first use was strange; I felt a bit dizzy, but I decided I had to keep using it. After a few days, the symptoms subsided. Now I've noticed that I sleep much better. I wake up feeling rested. I don't have any symptoms of anxiety. I don't know if it's because of the Nurosym, but it really is. I use it every evening for 60 minutes. I don't use it in the morning anymore. Initially, level 10 was already very noticeable, and I attributed it to an unstable nervous system. Now that I'm calm, I'm up to level 22. The only problem I've noticed is the inability to connect it to my right ear when my left is sore. But I finally managed to fix that. I highly recommend Nurosym. It helped me a lot and continues to help me after long and hard days at work.

I love this device
I love this device. It took a few months for my body to respond, but now many of the pain points in my body have been completely minimized. I hope to be completely pain-free one day.
I use it twice a day for 30 minutes. Recently, I’ve started using it right before bed, but only on a low setting (22), which helps me sleep wonderfully.

I use it to reduce anxiety and…
I use it to reduce anxiety and deactivate my “alert mode” (which is On most of the time). So far I haven’t noticed any difference, but I assume it may take time.
I usually use it with soap and water in my stragus but it dries very fast and you stop noticing the tingling soon. Maybe some kind of gel or other product would be useful.
The packaging is perfect and the product looks like it’s good quality.

Excellent Customer Services!
I must commend the really excellent Customer Services experience which I had when buying Nurosym. All the emails I sent were answered quickly, very politely and very helpfully.
I have only been using the Nurosym for about six weeks now and it is good because it is making me have several periods of the day when I sit down and relax which is very beneficial. I am definitely sleeping better at night. I fully intend to carry on using it and I am very hopeful that it will help to alleviate some of the symptoms of my long term chronic health condition (Polymyalgia Rheumatica).

ME/ CFS/ Long Covid
I got a Nurosym for ME/ CFS/ Long Covid. Whilst it´s always hard to tell what exactly is affecting symptoms, since using Nurosym, my condition has improved a lot.
I use it daily during a nap, rest or whilst doing yoga nidra for about 1 hour. I found it helped me get into a restful state faster and that the rest was deeper and more rejuvenating. This was particularly noticeable when I felt ´tired but wired´ and would normally struggle to enter a restful state.
When I had a small problem, I also found their support team to very helpful, with friendly, quick responses.

Quality and customer service are outstanding… (even if it wasn’t for me)
My experience with Nurosym (Nuropod) has been incredible, even though the Nuropod isn’t for me. Let me quickly explain. I have a very complex, chronic pain condition. Sleep is the first thing to go. When I hear so many RAVE about it, I knew it was time for me to give it a try.
I tried it for a month, but it didn’t seem to help. I was faithful in its use, but ridged as well. Same time, same strength and same duration. After a month and speaking to customer service, they allowed me to keep it another month. I tried switching things up and still had now solid results. They allowed me to continue using it and offed several suggestions. They appreciated my willingness to try everything.
In the end, it simply wasn’t for me. Nothing fits every single person. My condition is complex. However the customer service was amazing. Thank you Nurosym team!
The product is extremely simple to use. It is quality built and provide a wide array of combinations of use. The science is solid as is the trials. I would highly recommend this product to family and friends.

I purchased a Nuropod which is the same product just the one that is sold in the United States. Being highly sensitive my nervous system gets overstimulated often. It works!
I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing a review as I was skeptical. I had been suffering with the fallout of having a toddler with low mood and poor sleep. I regularly felt unwell and my body hurt. After using it every day for the past few weeks I can see huge difference in my sleep, concentration, mood and general wellbeing. I had tried a friends device by a different brand and decided to get one myself.
