Number Plates Next Day Reviews 

I ordered Number plate on the 31st of May on the basis it said next day I understood this was a weekend Sunday. I ordered it expecting next working day at least which will be Tuesday delivery. Emailed the contact Services no reply. No other form of contact provided so cannot contact them. Still no reply Wednesday no number plate gave tracking details for Royal mail tracking number does not work it says access denied to the website for some reason again Thursday now on the tracking details is says expected yesterday I’ve not received no numberplates. I can’t get hold of anyone. No one contacting me back. The only reason why I went through these people is because it said next day obviously is just stay advertisement that they put on just to get customers folded and in today product and making you pay for something that you’re not going to get such bad service I don’t know who’s running the company maybe someone sitting at home in the Back shed producing these plates doing a full-time job somewhere so unprofessional I’m in desperate need of these Number plates can’t drive anywhere because haven’t got any place

I ordered a new plate for my motorcycle! For starters, it never was next day. When it finally turn up. the plater turned out to be wrong. They got the right numbers and letters but the letters were not central to the plate! Wrong size type and would be illegal to use on the road. I have tried to call them but no answer, emailed them several times no reply. There quick enough to take your money with a very bad customer service. So if you want to take the risk, good luck!

Thoroughly disappointed. Ordered a plate to go on my new trailer on Wednesday lunchtime and sent off the relevant info within 30 mins of ordering to confirm I own the vehicle. The Plate was not “dispatched” until Thursday @14:30 - Royal Mail say they didn’t receive it until Friday and it is now Saturday and still no sign after paying for next day delivery.

I have now missed my opportunity to go and collect a large item with my trailer as it’s been given to someone else. Would not use this company again and would urge anyone to try others first. Can’t comment on quality as I’d need to be a time traveler.

Wish I'd read the reviews as others have said, definitely NOT next day so makes a mockery of their website name. Ordered many days ago still not here and no response to my email which is just poor service. Never again.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering, I also fell for the name, next day plates needing them urgently. Unfortunately not received and no sign of them arriving. I have emailed them and no response, the frustrating thing is they are able to give a swift response when you send documents for the order and then no response once waiting on delivery. I have ended up going to a shop. If you read this review, trust me, go to a shop. Halfords and euro parts will print the same day within the hour, save your money and go elsewhere

Have used this company several times before with no issues, however with my latest order it was sent late and incomplete. Despite several emails no response has been received. Will not use the company again

Ordered plates and they never arrived.

Delivery status shows as delivered but that’s not the case. Sent 2 emails and never received any replies.

Don’t be put off by the negative reviews on here. I ordered plates from them before the delivery cut off for next day (I did check reviews after I had paid and started to worry a little at first), however, I had an email straight away requesting the relevant documentation and once sent they replied and advised they have received and was being processed. Shortly afterwards, I had a dispatch email and they arrived on time the following day. I would definitely use again. Thank you for the great communication and fast service.

AVOID is exactly what we should have done. Please go elsewhere and read reviews first. Our order is showing as cancelled but no refund given, money has been taken from our account. Tried to email (as this is the only way to contact them) without any response. Please DO NOT fall into the same trap as us. JUST WISH WE DID AVOID!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking and nowhere near next day delivery, should have read the reviews before completing my purchase. Shambolic!

UPDATE - 06/05/26 - STILL haven’t received my order, dispatched on April 28th and STILL no response from customer service

FINAL UPDATE (Because I genuinely cba anymore) - 14/05/26 - my parcel finally arrived on May 13th, two weeks later. Unfortunately, it arrived ripped open with no plates inside. Very concerning, especially considering they were private registration plates.

I’ve had no response or apology from the company. I’ve reported the missing plates to the police - better safe than sorry, right?

I definitely wouldn’t use this company again or recommend them. They don’t even respond to emails, let alone offer a simple apology.

Can really quickly

Ordered plates, didn't arrive next day, when they did arrive the quality shocking.

Emailed them to explain, sent photos as requested, heard nothing since despite sending several emails.

Just your typical online scammers really. Avoid at all costs.

Just got my 3D gel plates a few weeks ago. Number came off the plate already.

Terrible. Plate has been on 4 months and letters have fallen off already. Frustrating when you thought you were buying premium

Ordered a set of 4D plates for my sons car, customer service team helped with documents I needed and the plates are top quality thanks guys!

Great communication next day delivery in great condition would definitely order again.

From looking at reviews it looks like its a common issue!!

Advertise as next day, 5 days in and still no item!! They told me Royal Mail had lost the parcel, after speaking to Royal Mail, they have never received the item.

Disappointed, communication is shocking and slow.

Still waiting for a refund.

Next day!!! Next 4 days. Cancelled the order as they could not deliver the next day. Disgrace!

Next day plates, yeah expect the next 3-5days. Ordered my plates and they were sent via evri (useless and impossible to contact a real person)

Also paid for the screws and sticky pads, not included either.
