Hate giving bad reviews but placed order for number plates, got email confirmation, then email saying complete, nothing arrived. Emailed to follow up only to get a refund. No explanation given, total mystery. Two days wasted time. No contact number to get in touch. Absolutely useless service.

I have been waiting for a week and still no plates, I had to purchase a set locally. I’ve sent three emails asking for a refund - no response. I have instructed my credit card company to stop payment.
I find it strange they don’t have a contact phone number on their website, avoid at all cost.

I’ve ordered a number plate last week on the 9th of April and still haven’t received it over a week later. There’s no contact number I’ve sent a few emails, no replied very disappointed as I had to get the numberplate elsewhere. Been trying to cancel it. Still no emails not one to write a bad review for but reading these reviews. I think they’re all lies . Stairway from this website. If you noticed the next review thats goes up will be a good one.
They have taking my money and don’t even respond to your emails I’ll be calling my bank.

On Sunday morning on 2nd April I ordered a number plate; inadvertently I seemed to have pressed the wrong key and ordered 2!. I immediately contact the company by email and by using their online form to cancel an order. I received 2 order confirmations so replied a third time cancelling one order. I wrote again on Monday morning 3rd April, and registered a complain a few days later. That’s a total of 5 emails - none of which have received a reply. I have been charged for both orders.

I could not find a contact telephone number on their website.

The website clearly states that orders can be cancelled if notified promptly and the items having not been produced.
They also pride themselves on customer service.

The plates are fine - they don't understand the concept of customer service.

These guys are awesome, perfect plates, next day service, spot on.

This company is great, pure class.

I don’t even know how many times I’ve bought my plates here but every single time it’s spot on. I just simply place the order and then forget about it and they always arrive perfect within 2 days. Absolutely superb.
