The number remover pin broke after the first use.

The paintings were easy to paint as the paint is good quality and they all turned out beautiful

It arrived in very good condition. Good presentation and the extra ordered bits the same.
My only slight problem is that some of the paint pots, the paint is beginning to dry, and flow coverage not very good, leaves canvas exposed and requires double painting. A thinner supplied with the kit would ease this problem

I received my painting by numbers I ordered 3 I've opened the first one to start painting and boy was I surprised , the quality of the canvas paint and brushes was beyond expectations the paint goes on smoothly which in previous painting by numbers didn't happen . I've tried other kits but Number Artist beats them all by miles I will certainly be ordering lots more

At age 79, activities that fill your days with calm pleasures and a sense of accomplishment are hard to come by. Spending hours engrossed in this amazing hobby is a great way to spend retirement if a one is unable to get around easily. Try it, Number Artist Paints has wonderful customer service employees that really fix any problem without making you feel like a criminal and a large community of people who help each other, also. A whole new world and a whole new family! Enjoy 😉

I ran out of some of the paint colours so I contacted number artist to see if it was possible to get some more and they told me to send them a list of colours that I need and they would send to me free of charge. They said they do this one time for each painting that you purchase

I think Number Artist is a great way to relax and enjoy watching the colors morph into a painting. I have never done anything like this before so it was daunting at first, but I soon found that I couldn't stop! If I have one suggestion...the lines and numbers are quite small so I recommend going outside the lines and blending colors a little more. Regardless, it is a really fun activity and I enjoyed it a lot.

I recommend to everyone. My friend finally took the plunge recently.

Impossible to speak to anyone by phone. Still have not resolved a complaint lodged by email in February '26 for a custom canvass in which colors provided did not match picture sent. Horrible customer service.
