My package arrived a mess. The package had been torn up and then retaped together. It wasn't even in a box. Just plastic wrapped up with added tape. Once I opened it, I noted two of the four paintings I ordered were missing, but all the other add-on items were included. I didn't think to take a picture of the package until after I opened it and found that two of the four paintings were missing. Now after months of back and forth between customer service who have stated numerous times I would receive them, I have been told I will NOT be receiving them., because I didn't take and can't provide pictures of the mess I received. Very frustrated. When I initially reached ut to customer service I asked if I could have the shipping company information so I could file a claim. This is because that information was not included in the messed up package that the shipper provided. I was never given that information to pursue remedy outside of Number Artist. I will not be doing business with this company again and warn all to beware. Very disappointed!!!!!

I made a mistake in my order and it seemed to be going completely wrong but between them, Kevin and Mariane have managed to correct it and everything is now back on track. I went back to Number Artist because my first order ended really well with the subject being very emotional at their first sight of their painting. I am about to go fir the third time

The paints are of excellent quality and there is plenty to use for a thick layer. The paint brushes are especially good for the small parts to be painted. The numbers do seem to show through the paint though, so I had to do a 2nd layer over the numbers at times.
The canvas is thick. I do find the paint pots hard to open each time. I love the huge variety of paintings to choose from.
I'm still waiting for my 2nd order, I've finished my first order, so I'm keen to getting going again. It's a great hobbie, I can spend 5 minutes or 5 hours as the set up is easy and easy to go to once set up (I use a table easel).

Painting is very relaxing, and I end up with a gorgeous picture!

The paints are creamy and cover well, cells are numbered and easy to read. Its an enjoyable activity that lets you clear your mind. Lots of subjects to choose from means you wont get bored.

Number Artist is a company that does what they say and actually follow through and follow up with their customers, and I really appreciate that. I needed extra paints for a piece I am currently working on, and after a lost shipment initially, they managed to get a full set to me even though I am in another country. Thanks Number Artist! They are fast to answer email questions consistently.

It's easy to send in your personal photos for a One of a Kind paint by number picture. If you have a question, the staff are there to help you within 24 hours. It's takes about 2+ weeks to have it delivered to your door in a waterproof wrapping package, (I live in Canada and NO Tariffs involved). It's relaxing and stress free.

The painting made from the personal photo was beautiful! I love that the kit comes with everything needed to complete the project, instructions, paints, brushes, etc. It was very easy to place the order; it was received in a timely manner and packaged very well. The canvas and frame are very good quality, and the instructions are easy to follow. This is a great project for a lazy weekend, or just to relax and unwind. I am very happy with my project kit and have already purchased a second one!

Quick service and great tools. Even though I use my professional brushes as my first choice, I did try your brushes and found them to be quite adequate.

Unfortunately I haven’t started painting yet as I am not well at present. But I am very anxious to get started on my Highland Coos. I’m only a beginner but thought this is a good way to start. Will start real soon. Thankyou.
