far too expensive postage and return postage because the shoe is much too big... 30 euros lost...prohibitive to place an order again...I also have a website and the postage is free. from 180 euros and free returns!

Truly a glamorous experience
I rushed to order a pair of sneakers from Nugnes because they were the last pair available in my size for a great price. After securing the order I decided to look through the website and ended up finding a pair of jeans I liked. I then reached out to customer care to see if the items could be shipped together. Annalisa was quick to respond and very accommodating by pairing my items together and reapplying my discount code. I was so impressed I needed to get her name to thank her in this review. Nugnes is based in Italy and I live in NY yet my order arrived in two days!
I am extremely pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone.

The item was delivered in May and the defect was encountered after using it, therefore it was necessary to check the defect with the producer. Often these claims might take a little bit of time and we are still waiting for a response.
