I had a wonderful experience with Nugnes 1920. I ordered an Etro handbag at a great price and it was shipped very quickly, beautifully wrapped and I am very happy with my purchase. I will be a customer from now on. Judy Slutzkin

I haven't received the item that I ordered. Customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful. The item was not at the pick up point outlined in the DHL tracking information. I returned to the pick up point 3 times and still no sign of the item. The seller says the item is there to pick up - there is now no information on the DHL Tracking stating where the item is supposed to be picked up from. I have asked for a refund since it's now over a month since I ordered the item. They suggested I purposefully gave the wrong address/phone number!!! Extremely bad service - will not buy again from this company - I suggest you avoid them. I will be contacting the European Consumer association

Good offer, fast delivery, everything ok!

Very difficult to get access to returning the products bought. I bought two Boglioli suits, which were shipped to Denmark during my summer vacation. I just returned yesterday and now it seems impossible to return the suits that I bought: There is no return label available on the website (does not recognize my order number) and no link to return label in the order email.
Seems purposely difficult to return your goods - which makes me annoyed.
Update 25 July: Nugnes has approved my return request and sent a return label.

On 6/7/2023, I placed an order for a SS 23 Saint Laurent leather jacket from Nugnes 1920 through Italist.com worth Euros 2116. I was impressed with the prompt delivery of my order, which arrived within a week of placing it. The jacket was carefully packaged with a hanger and Nugnes’ cloth cover in a dedicated box to prevent any damage during transit. And I also checked the size and the quality of the jacket before throwing away the Italist tag and the box.

However, I noticed a discrepancy between the material of my jacket and the information on the official Saint Laurent website. I immediately online ask the Nugnes customer service team whether the jacket is SS 23 and also wrote a letter with provided all the information of the leather jacket including the pic of my whole jacket outside and inside, internal leather tag with stamps (logo and product codes) and the  SL tag to the official Saint Laurent customer service for clarity. But the result makes me disappointed and frustrated since Nugnes confirmed that it was a SS 23 item, while official SL answered me based on my product ID 484284YC2NI1000 , it is 2018 Men Spring collection item instead of SS 23 and the composition is 100% cowhide instead of lambskin used in SS 23 season.

Despite providing ample evidence, including their invoice, model number on the jacket's tag, and a verification letter from the official Saint Laurent customer service, Italist.com was unable to provide a satisfactory resolution to the issue and used the excuse that the Italist tag and boxes have been removed.

What’s more, I discovered that my item had been removed from both iItalist and Nugnes website after I made a complaint, indicating that both parties recognized the mistake.I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience, as I specifically ordered the SS 23 jacket and paid a premium price for it. it is unacceptable that Nugnes1920 would mistakenly sell an older item as a newer one, especially given their high reputation and long history in the fashion industry.

Overall, my shopping experience with Nugnes 1920 and Italist.com was extremely poor, and I would not recommend purchasing from them in the future.

Got my self a Burberry teddy bear charm threw them and came to me beautifully wrapped, safe and sound. The item have had the labels on it and seemed to be unused. I was also kept informed step-by-step for the state of my order via e-mail

What worried me was official Burberry's.com response on my query, if Nugnes1920.com is authorised to sell Burberry goods, and their answer was that they aren't and that my purchased item might not be genuine. This worried me much to be honest and got my suspicious.

Nugnes1920.com on the other hand told me that they are authorised and mentioned the same for their boutiques. Since there isn't any Burberry boutiques nearby I can't know for certain if the item is fake or not. I hope it is real

One more reason for this 3-star rating I am giving, is the shipping fee customers are called to pay upon shipping or returing an item. I mean 15 euros per transfer are a lot and I think and in my opinion they must consider providing a better shipping service costage

Overall I didn't quite have had the best shopping experience with them as I experienced some frustration due to Burberry's answer about authenticity and because I placed myself to someone's other shoes, in the unpleasant occasion I might have had to pay extra 15 euros for returning the item :/

They sent me wrong color shoes and when I sent them email , they told me sorry the photo on our page is wrong.

My order shipped very fast from Italy to Memphis, TN. The shoes were packaged very nicely! They are beautiful and the transaction was with Nugnes was seamless! I am definitely a customer for life!!!

I am very pleased with this company. I ordered on Sunday and my package came on Thursday. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for my trip but it did.

I will never order from here again. If your shoe size does not fit expect to pay $80 just in shipping costs to try another pair. These Europeans won't even try to help you out because this company is very money minded. I will never order from here again.
